Visa for bringing spouse while studying at a university in Thailand?

Featured Replies

Hey y'all, I'm in a pretty specific situation and I need a little help. I'll be getting ED visa to study at a Thai university for a year as an undergraduate, and I want to bring my (non-Thai) spouse. I'm an American, and I've been able to find a couple of links from Thai embassies in other countries, but little on it in regards to the US. I know she would need to apply for a Single-Entry Non-Immigrant O Visa - the problem is that I don't know exactly which documents to provide, beyond the general guidelines of what the embassy in the US says. I'll post a couple of the links from other countries and the general guidelines I saw from the US, but I'm pretty sure they will need more specific documents than is listed. If anyone has experience with this, I would be really appreciative. Also, she is not a US citizen but she is a green card holder/permanent resident.
