Used to treat dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps).

I did a quick Google search for you.  Look like these.

 

Doubt she got them from a pharmacy or a doctor.

Looks like a registration number of the Thai FDA for traditional medicines.

As has been established this is a mixture of 5 different herbs.

 

If it is making her feel weird or unwell, she should stop taking it.

 

Try to find out exactly what issues she is taking it for, how severe,  and whether she has first tried other medications for it.

Just be happy that she's buying it here and not in the West where she would be paying $3,000 for a pack of it
