Physical Therapy Bangkok

Recommended Posts

I have heard good feedback about

https://www.bpcphysio.com/

Hopefully your doctor was a spine specialist (not just general orthopedic Dr) and you have had MRI and Xrays. If not, consult one and get these first as there are types of back problems in which most PT might be contraindicated.

Bring Xray and/or Dr report with you, knowledgable therapists willl want to see this first to know what they are dealing with.

All PT I have seen in Bangkok was only passive.

This is not helpful in the long run.

You should switch from PT to a personal trainer (for a limited time) after a while.

Recommended PT:

BPC as above (the most passive), expensive

St Louis Hospital (old school,  see YouTube Brad and Bob - which is good), 1000 B

Bumrungrad (same, 2000 B+)

Sukumvit Hospital (different,  machines like ultrasound, shock waves, laser,  so good at the beginning)
