Seems to be a wise approach.....I hadn't heard of a condo scam here for a while as the action seemed to be more down in Phuket. Anyone interested in buying off plan in Pattaya go take a stroll around The Waterfront. Anybody get refunds for that yet? -

Popular LK Metro Food Stalls Removed Amid Visibility Concerns
Isn't that what has happened to the old Pig and Whistle'? I never really used these LK Metro food stalls.... more inclined to get some food at what used to be a good selection in the bars along the sides. Quite a few of those have gone now, replaced by chrome pole palaces or girlie bars, where none of the staff would have the slightest idea how to serve up a sausage and mash plate. -

Yes, I understand, don't take it personally. You have property in Sydney, I was born in Sydney and bought a few houses over the decades, you are Asset rich,richer than most here.
