It seems a titanic task to find a blacksmith in Khon Kaen. I have asked around but no one has been able to help me. My gate needs to be repaired, in particular to be welded. Can any of you guys help me out?

Why don't you look for a welder then? 

Can't help you with a blacksmith, don't think they do welding.

 

But you could buy an arc welder on Lazada for around 1,500bht and weld it yourself.

It's not that hard, I've welded my gate several times.

Drive around and look for any shop that is open and ask for a welder to come and repair gate. Take a picture of the gate and damage so they know what you want.

Even a truck repair or building supply is an option.

Welding is extremely common at low level so decide the quality you require so you dont end up disappointed.

maybe you could go through the valley and head down to the tavern. there is a traveler there speaking stories of an old blacksmith over the pass.
