yes. by definition "parties" aren't fair, they lobby for their members. unions do have many good sides to them, but also some bad sides, for example they can unduly pressure businesses and governments into giving too many advantages to workers which leads to an erosion of the economy. one good example of that is France. -

Long term capital gains have been taxed at coorperate level before they were distributed to individual investors. At individual level we get a tax break. 0% up to about $47,000, then 15% up to about $400,000. Top rate is 20%. There is also 3.8% "obama care tax" for high earners, all together it's still much less then the 35% Thai tax rate. -

Two Police Officers Save Drowning 14-Year-Old Boy with CPR

In a dramatic rescue yesterday, September 8, two police officers from Mae Tha Police Station in Lamphun Province successfully saved the life of a 14-year-old boy who had been swimming and drowned in the Tha Dong Bridge area, Tha Sop Sao Subdistrict, Mae Tha District. At approximately 15:10, Mae Tha Police Station was alerted by the 191 emergency call centre to a drowning incident. Upon receiving the call, Police Colonel Niranon Inphuk, Mae Tha Station Commander, and Police Lieutenant Colonel Ekkhanit Khajijit, Deputy Superintendent, instructed their officers to respond immediately. The rescue team was led by Police Sub-Lieutenant Damrong Jakureuang, along with Police Corporal Anupap Luereuang and Police Lance Corporal Pawarit Hwanchaisee. When the officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the victim, 14-year-old Ditphong, a local resident of Tha Sop Sao Subdistrict, who had been pulled from the water by friends after losing consciousness. With no signs of life, the officers quickly administered CPR. Police Corporal Anupap and Police Lance Corporal Pawarit took turns performing chest compressions under the supervision of Sub-Lieutenant Damrong. After several minutes, the boy's pulse returned. Once stabilised and local rescue services arrived the boy was transferred to Mae Tha Hospital for further medical care.
