Some alcoholics don't like AA because they may stop you drinking. An alcoholic i know can't do it himself and won't go to AA so death will likely follow in the next few years, he's aging double speed now

Started by Christians, who use God as a helping tool, but again, they accept everyone, including Atheists, and it's more a spiritual thing, knowing you can help yourself if you really want to.I know a few friends that attended, and stopped or curtailed their drinking, and God was never pushed on them nor anyone else while they attended.

Some here assume all and what they mean is the ones they've been with. .. ..... As far as me personally, I've been with many women and not one had an STI. A few had bad breath at times, as everyone does. Ongoing is a problem.

STDs are more prevalent in countries where you are required to pay a doctor to get antibiotics.

In Thailand you can buy Moxy for 40bht from any pharmacy.

I've come to the conclusion that Thailand is not the place to meet a lady, partner, gf, bf or whatever ... they've been through the mill.  

Anyone who would even remotely get involved is thinking what can they get outta you.  

They all have thai bf's or gf's and have probably had several close farangs before. 

It only stands to reason,  with hundreds of tourists staying here year after year and mingling from place to place the chances of meeting an honest, decent and at least slightly educated person are virtually zero imo.

Her name is mrs smith. She is well educated, good job, loadsa dough and she let's me do whatever I want.

 

She isn't, however, a typical hi-so thai girl that most thai men lust after. She doesn't have white skin, her parents aren't chinese and she doesn't have a million instagram followers or a boat.

STI's can be caught by most anyone, as women that aren't loose can also get one, as can men. My point is that your chances of getting an STI from a prostitute is much higher than from a normal women. That's a well know fact. Medicines can help when you get an STI, but are not a guarantee against getting one.

Another assumption based on personal opinions. Many here have good wives and girlfriends, and living in another country doesn't exempt you from gold diggers. A poor country has more looking for someone to take better care of them , as the locals many times fail. All do not have Thai boyfriends. and some have never been near a farang. My own girlfriend was married to a useless local who didn't work or support his family, tried to sell her to his friend, and abused her. I'm the second man in her life and she said in the beginning she would never be with another Thai. I hear this many times and it's not all about the cash. Stay out of tourist areas and your chances of meeting a woman not through the wringer is better.
