The companies decided to limit/stop advertising on X because X could not/would not promise that the ads would not appear in conjunction with material the companies found offensive.  That is their right.

Even if a single company/organisation advised the companies to do so, that is legal because the said company

does not have any authority over their clients decisions.

X has a case against the companies for there actions . I dare say we will find out the conclusion eventually.

X has taken the case to be heared in court . X claims that the companies are working together to harm x .

We will find out eventually who is right or wrong

Some billionaires get to thinking because they are a genius in one field, they can be a genius in others.

There's no doubt Henry Ford was a genius, inventing the concept of mass production.

He came unstuck with Fordlandia, a self-sufficient rubber plantation in Brazil. It was a colossal failure, abandoned in the early forties.

History repeats itself.

Elon Musk is not a fool in my opinion . Best not to compare him with Murdoch as there is no comparison.

X was working fine, only the interview not. That was a very targeted attack if you believe it.

Of course it was and not by Iran!

Undoubtedly one of today's nastiest people.

His continued tweets about the UK are abominable and I foe one support the many people who want X banned from the UK.

People with more money than they know what to do with it would be better off helping those who need help rather than stirring up racial tension in other countries. Despicable person.

The authorities in the UK not being open with the facts is more despicable by far.

This is a concern!

We’ve seen this happen in  the USA

when it comes to the Far left and their news proxies ,protecting

their  woke narrative !

The left hate him because they hate free speech! They are intolerant of all speech! God help my country if it uses tactics similar

to a Stalinist regime !

Perhaps you are not able to distinguish between free speech which is fact-based, and free hate speech, which is not.

Musk reminds me of Einstein. Both geniuses in their field.

Einstein tried to become a social scientist. Impossibly naive.

See where I am going with this?

Why not? Murdoch is a genius at dudding shareholders.

He is more genius at choosing the winning political party to promote into power with his media outlets.

Musk has created manufacturing  that creat work for hundreds of thousands around the world.

The shareholders of his companies are loyal to him and do not consider them selves to be made fools of.

That used to be true for a long time, not so much nowadays. Australian politicians no longer feel the need to kiss his ring. They are telling him to <deleted> off instead.

He infuriated Trump when Fox called Arizona for Biden early, and correctly. He's trying to get back into Trump's good graces now.

If Trump loses in November, Murdoch won't have anywhere left to go.

He sold his sole to own more Media in the US .

Also he  has done much damage around the world .

Many would wish Murdoch could build a rocket and head for Mars on a one way ticket.

So I can get a better understanding of your position,Do you think he would of approved of DEI as opposed to this  Nobel Laureate (MLK) suggestion ,of all common people?

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
