Just bought 400 Baht of True vouchers as I do every month to renew my monthly subscription to HDPrime but the account won't accept them. The option to use True Vouchers is no longer shown on the account page.

 

I've emailed them so waiting for a reply.

 

All users check the payments page before renewing. There is now a QR code so it looks like you can pay direct from your bank which is easier but I've not had any communication from HD about the change.

 

 

Quick update, I emailed them and they replied within 15-20 minutes saying they will add the points to my account but it will take a few days.

Oh, I searched HD prime but it only came up about people wanting alternatives.
