I am an International Sales Engineer employed by a Malaysian company.

The purpose of my visit to Thailand is to conduct business meetings and provide machine training with a VIP customer. These meetings occur weekly and last approximately two hours each.

In addition to these meetings, I typically reside in a rented apartment in Thailand.

I have been residing in Thailand in this manner for the past 300 days due to the cost-effectiveness of renting compared to frequent flights.

Occasionally, I return to Malaysia before my 90-day visa expires, ensuring no overstay or border run issues.

During my recent entry, I presented the Immigration Officer with details of my product, customer information, and a Google Timeline showing my activities in Thailand.

The Officer reluctantly  permitted my entry but did not provide guidance on the appropriate visa for my situation.

I am concerned about whether I will encounter issues with my APEC Card in future entries and seek your advice on the most suitable visa for my circumstances.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Guest
