You could try a small daily dose of Viagra (about 20 mg). It helped me to pee better with the added advantage of improved penile health. Contrary to what many think, even with Viagra you still need to be aroused, so it doesn't increase your desire. You'd need a larger dose when you have performance commitments. On those occasions, you can add 50mg in addition to your daily dose.

I had it 7:years ago never really worked maybe they have improved now, but caused scarring so cannot now have rezum and only choice turp they say

Generic viagra from GPO (called Sidegra) in Bangkok, 20 tablets of 100mg each, 1000B.

 

Generic cialis from India (called Apcalis) in Bangkok,  4 tablets of 20mg each, 400 B.

 

Half of these prices in Western Europe (if self-pay).

A fraction of these prices in India, eg apollopharmacy.in

The recommendation would be Tadalafil (eg Cialis) 5mg daily.

Not Viagra, it is excreted too fast. 

Cialis 5mg for this purpose is covered by many insurances.

I had Rezum over 2 years ago.
It was done in Bangkok.
Once the Foley catheter was removed (the most discomfort of the entire procedure), it was and still is plain sailing. No pain, absolutely zero leakage, zero erectile dysfunction, zero retrograde ejeaculation and 6-7 hours uninterrupted sleep most nights.
