J just noticed the projected path of Typhoon Yagi, now going through Hanoi after devastating Hainan.

Ventusky has predicted it will veer south towards Udon.

Could be in for some more rain across Isaan.

Either way we could be in for a drenching in parts of Thailand.

It appears my future as a tv weather forecaster has sunk to a new Low.

I will have to return to my erstwhile career of providing content for the sad and confused.

I will still advise Isan residents to keep the plastic raincoat handy over the next few days.
