BREAKING NEWS Second Assassination Attempt-Secret Service get Trump to safety
I wouldn't believe him anyway. He says he has nothing to do with Project 25 and that's an obvious lie. -

Police/immigration asking Condo jurisdiction for TM 30
Yes, if the condo-owner will provide signed-copies of their ID-Card, Chanote for your condo, and Housebook for your condo. Plus, the lease, of course - which assume you already have. When renting a condo in Thailand, one must insist upon receiving those from the landlord or landlord's agent, before handing over the money. That way, you are in control of your TM-30 reporting, and do not have to worry about problems with immigration in the future. -

How about some easy DIY bacon?
5 or 6 years ago I used to make sausages at home but I only got about 10 customers ond only2 of them were repeat customers. Depending on where you live you need to make and sell 3 or 400 pizzas a day, every day to make a living at it, unless your customers come to you. Delivery to your customers will cost you extra, and you will need to keep a constant quality. Initially, depending on your quality, you will get customers which you need. The problem is getting and keeping repeat customers, especially when people are cutting back on their spending. If you spend out on a proper pizza oven and all the associated bits and pieces and your business does fail, you will probably find that all the pizza gear you bought for your business is only good for making pizza. -

Missing Vessel and Four Passengers Feared Lost in Storm Near Koh Sukorn
Passenger Boat Capsized by Storm Found Off Koh Sukorn – 3 Rescued, 1 Dead Picture courtesy of Khaosod. A passenger boat that capsized during a storm off the coast of Koh Sukorn has been found, resulting in the rescue of three survivors and the tragic death of one passenger. The survivors described their harrowing experience, fighting to stay afloat throughout the night. On the morning of September 17, two local fishermen, Ongart and Alongkorn (surnames withheld), reported discovering the sunken boat south of Koh Sukorn, between the provinces of Trang and Satun. They were able to rescue the captain and two passengers, Fak and Chan, from the water. Unfortunately, the fourth passenger, 74-year-old Mrs. Mon, had perished. The survivors were taken back to Koh Sukorn for medical care and recovery. Initial inquiries revealed that on the morning of September 16, the captain had set sail with the three passengers, all residents of Koh Sukorn. They departed from Khlong Palian Pier, but were soon caught in a violent storm. Despite wearing life jackets and tying themselves to the capsized boat, they spent the night battling rain and rough seas before being found by local fishermen the next morning. -- 2024-09-17 -

Reduce taxation by gifting.
Average wage in Thailand, 15,000 per month, that's the reality. https://tradingeconomics.com/thailand/wages That's 180,000 per year, the first 150,000 is zero rated for tax, plus 60,000 Personal Allowance, is 210,000 baht per year. That 75% is 30,000 baht per year short of needing to pay tax. Plus, remove the 25% who already file a return and that means the rest are way under the threshold for paying tax. That's why 75 of the workforce doesn't file a return, they don't earn enough to do so. -

Polling Agency Petitioned to Probe PM’s Mini-Heart Gesture
Neanderthal's continue to be allowed to disrupt the running of the country. Scrap the uniform culture as it is just so absurd along with the wearing of certain colours on different days of the week. It's the 21st century. Uniforms shouldn't be worn by civil and public servants, only those in the relevant services e.g police, fire etc etc As in most other modern countries. -

Gel battery vs normal battery....Honda Forza 300 2016
I had one in my zuki 500 in the US, didn’t last longer and certainly not worth the extra cost. The price of acid batteries here are cheap and haven’t noticed a less of average quality as in the US. What I really would like to find is a source for Panasonic automotive and motorcycle batteries.
