Best Sim Card with Unlimited Data For 12 Months?

I saw on Lazada a SIM card plan by : Angel/Melon that offers unlimited data at 15 Mbps for 12 months. The cost is around 1,690 baht for the entire year. I plan to use it for my phone and as a hotspot to watch YouTube on my tablet. Has anyone tried this plan? Is it worth it?

It an NT network sim. Check to see if NT has a good network signal in the areas you’ll be using it

It's a SIM from https://www.ตู้เติมเงินเคธี่ปันสุข.com/smarty/index.asp?pageid=3361&dealer_id=7761 on the NT Mobile network. Utilising LTE Bands 1 & 40. 

If you have good Band 40 coverage in your area, it might be okay 😊

Also came across this Dtac one that seems unusually cheap. Can anyone see a catch apart from it saying it's being shipped from overseas which is unusual for these IME?  Shop address lower down the ad is in Thailand however.

If you search for reviews, you might not find them encouraging. 

If honestly, I really don't know why people are struggling to pay 2k+ for 12 months of unlimited data.

Instead just looking for the cheapest of the cheap and hoping for the best.
