Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
Trump inherited hundreds of millions of dollars from his father. He destroyed his father's real estate business. He consistently got out-negotiated when he purchased various properties. This repeatedly led to bankruptcies. What rescued him as The Apprentice where he fooled people into thinking he was a great businessman. As a con artist, he's a genius. -

LH Invests 5.7 Billion Baht to Elevate Pattaya's Shopping Scene
Pattaya's shopping landscape is on the brink of transformation as Land and Houses (LH), a leading Thai property developer, unveils a substantial 5.7 billion baht investment in its renowned Terminal 21 Pattaya shopping mall. This move underscores Pattaya's robust economic potential, rivalling its famed beaches. Opened six years ago, Terminal 21 Pattaya has become a must-visit spot for tourists, featuring the longest escalator in Thailand at 39 metres. According to Prasert Sriuranpong, managing director at LH Mall & Hotel (LHMH), Pattaya’s year-round tourist magnetism and strategic location within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) enhance its attractiveness. This year, Terminal 21 saw a 12% increase in visitors compared to last year, even exceeding pre-pandemic levels. The influx is driven by tourists from countries like China, Singapore, and India, who spend significantly more than domestic visitors. LHMH is capitalising on this trend by adding new retail spaces and hosting international events, such as the Pattaya Marathon, attracting over 15,000 attendees. Additionally, a major renovation is planned for the Fashion Island mall in Bangkok, expanding parking by 40% and set for completion by 2025, showcasing LHMH's confidence in Thailand’s retail growth. Trump will go after his perceived enemies
Yes, correct. Legal immigration through the front door. Not illegal aliens sneaking into the back door. I know it’s hard for you and the others to make the distinction despite claims of higher education, advanced degrees most notably in Journalism. -

Sadly you have missed my subtle, sarcastic humour. Maybe try some of that kool-aid yourself. You might see things differently. -

Of course it does not, you have only been in coastal cities. That's like me saying i know America from visiting Los Angeles and Boston, nothing in between. Let's see - LA, Denver, Chicago, NY, Connecticut, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Cleveland, New Orleans, Atlantic City, Pittsburgh, San Antonio - is that enough for me to say I have some experience of the US? I am not saying America is ideal. However, it's a lot better off than many other nations. A record 1.1 million migrants entered Australia in 2023 -2024, on an existing population of 27 million. You have a population of 330 million. Again, quit whining. -

How much negotiation on new bikes?
I have a small deposit on a very low kl demo big bike, but a new 2025 model has just been announced. So I’m going to try my luck for an even lower discount or squeeze them for some worth while add-ons on the demo.- 1

Whatever you say or think about Trump there is one thing that is certain. Trump has been the President of the United States. He is also a very high level businessman. He has negotiation skills. Harris can't even answer a direct question.- 1

Bangkok Governor Leads City Footpath Upgrade Revolution
Bangkok’s streets are set for a transformative makeover, guided by Governor Chadchart Sittipunt. On Tuesday, he partnered with Deputy Governor Wisanu Subsompon to review progress on the ambitious footpath renovation along Itsaraphap Road near the MRT Itsaraphap Station. This project, started in June and projected to conclude by January 2025, is part of a citywide initiative to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility within a one-kilometre radius of MRT stations. The governor emphasised meticulous attention to detail, particularly with manhole covers and construction materials, to ensure public safety. He stressed the importance of maintaining cleanliness and adhering to deadlines to avoid project delays. Beyond sidewalks, Chadchart inspected a bicycle parking area near Wat Ratchasittharam Ratchaworawihan, with plans to repaint and improve facilities as part of fostering a bike-friendly city. This move aligns with efforts to modernise and make Bangkok's streets more accessible. Earlier, issues on Sukhumvit Soi 23 were highlighted, where water pipe work had damaged road surfaces. The governor’s rounds also included Lat Phrao intersection, with a major pavement overhaul underway after years of neglect. Residents have long contended with deteriorating paths, debris, and potholes, prompting calls for more orderly construction zones. Through these concerted efforts, Governor Chadchart aims to navigate Bangkok towards a cleaner, safer, and more accessible future for all pedestrians. File photo for reference only -- 2024-10-17 -

Well, that's generally what politicians do. But she did actually offer factual evidence in reply. Trump simply makes things up,r engages in empty insults, and offers irrelevant replies. But that apparently doesn't count with you.- 2
