Lazada deserve all the bashing they get as they seem to have no control over their crooked sellers.

That's funny, I have no issues with them.

I have 75 pages of past orders with them.

They must be so bad, :coffee1:

Ps  I think most problems are caused by operator error.

finger trouble and all that. :stoner:

What I'm confused about is why anyone would place an order and then carry on looking to see if you could find the item cheaper elsewhere. Wouldn't it make more sense to check around first and when you're 100% sure you've found the cheapest, then you place the order?

100% this!!

Obviously others don't think the same, as can be seen in @JBChiangRai post. You gonna tell him also he f*cked up?

I wanted to cancel an order I made just SECONDS earlier, because I found it cheaper elsewhere, not because I made a mistake.

Well, I'd say you did make a mistake. You ordered from Lazada without fully checking alternatives. Unless it's a lot cheaper, why fuss?

How about you get a life instead of scouring the forum and argue with each and every post you can find the with the slightest error, like a spelling or grammar mistake, or even worse, where you can't be bothered to read what I posted in the OP, and then take another post a few pages later out of its context, to create an argument?

So drearily brilliant, I'll really take that to heart!

Even if you have paid you can refuse delivery and get a full refund.

You can but as the OP correctly pointed out, you can get COD privileges revoked. It happened to me because a vendor complained but lazada reinstall it when I called and complained. They looked at my hundreds of successful orders and knew which side of the bread I buttered for them.

So you placed the order and within seconds you search the same item and found it somewhere else cheaper? Thats some fast typing and searching.

To be fair, Lazada's search engine shows you more of what you just bought by default.  It also shows you searched items which weren't (but should have been) included in your previous search.

That's some real pedantic comment. You know there are 60 seconds in a minute, and in the OP I clearly mentioned a few minutes?

Here it is for you again.

You actually don't have to search for it, search results pop up automatically when you have completed your order.

And as another poster also already has pointed out a few times already, they include results that weren't visible in your initial search.

For example, another item the same seller offers can't be found if you enter the name in the Lazada search, but you find it if you go to the shop directly
