IO asks “with receipt 2000, no receipt 1000”.

It's the same in Australia when you call a plumber to fix the blocked dunny.

It's cheaper for cash, you want a receipt you pay extra.

I already acknowledged the mishap in a previous post. I cannot amend my original post because it is now frozen. And yes, reporting by post is a viable option.

I don't know what SAE is. So far (in two years with a retirement VISA), I only did my 90 days report either in person or online.

What is SAE?

Thank you in advance for your clarification.

Never did 90 day reports in a decade, never had issues except a fine once for 1400 baht or something.

No fines?  I wonder how you got away with that one.

My online 90-day is being rejected with no reason, just saying "contact immigration immediately". This is second 90-day report, first was done in person. I have TM30 done as well. What could be the reason why the 90-day online report is being rejected? How can I find out the reason?

I reported August 23 2024 ,approved September 9.

Received receipt October 10

Sorry, I'd initially read it that you'd done it on line - my mistake.  The dates gave away it was by mail and I've just re-read your post.

Are you using your latest "entry" date as it will be different from your last online report .

The point is, that you are encouraging corruption.

The fine is the same if you are 2 days, 2 months or almost 1 year late in reporting.

The law is there and has been for many years. You don't have to like it, and you can even do it online from home, and it is free as @ukrukes has already said.

Agree. But don't rely on getting a Reminder from Immigration to reapply. After years of doing it online. Not checking the expiry date as I usually do, I went seven days over. My fault and it cost me Bt2000.

Well, you could always try contacting Immigration as they suggest.

That is the simplest and easiest thing to do.

Nobody here will have any idea why your 90 day report was rejected.

That happened to me once except that I went more than a month overdue.

An expensive and very stupid mistake on my part.

Are reminders still being sent?

Numpty.

That would be you.

Once in 23 years is not a bad track record.

OTOH I have never claimed to be perfect.

Most posters on this thread are sensible and offer advice.

You, OTOH don't.

Yes, I get them when I do the 90 report online, don't forget to check your spam folder on your PC for the receipt.

I checked Spam. No go. Anyway. Time to move on.😉
