Yesterday I went to a clinic and

 

had vitamin B and C by drip

Today I feel terrific ,energy ,smiling 

 

But did it work that fast ?

Just like most vitamins. Unless you are vitamin deficient, much of what you take is wasted in urine. If you eat a balanced diet, basic, you should get all you need. Vitamin D is one that will be needed if your body doesn't absorb enough from sunshine or supplements, but the only way to know is to be checked. Maybe a placebo effect also, should work quickly if you are genuinely short of it...
