Congress (Democrats) restricted the efforts.

Covid took priority.

Covid struck more than 3 years into Trump's term. Wanna try again? And blaming the Dems is just too lame so don't embarrass yourself any further.

Were the fences better maintained in Trump's day? Did Biden fire border guards. How did Trump not "let" them in but Biden did exactly?

LOL

1.  Most likely.  I wasn’t on the maintenance team.  Perhaps someone here was.

2.  Biden, not an expert in equestrian matters tried to fire some of the BP agents over the “horse whipping “ incident of Haitian, not Mexican illegal aliens.

Those charges were dismissed once someone with wrangling experienced gave their recommendations.

Rightfully so.

3.  I explained this in the post you’re referring to.  If you read it again it will become clear, maybe.

Seems that the fence wasn't the only thing not maintained. In typical Trump admin fashion they guards weren't trained in human rights.

“It’s clear from the investigation that decisions made by some of the agency’s leadership, and the lack of appropriate policies and training, all contributed to the incident,” Customs Commissioner Chris Magnus said at a press conference Friday afternoon. “But there is no justification for the actions of some of our personnel, including unprofessional and deeply offensive conduct.”

Congress? How? I thought Trump's insiders (only the best people) stole the money?

Not a very clear and concise post but I’ll give it a try at what I think you’re trying to say,

1.  Despite your fears of Trump becoming  a dictator no one branch of the government has all the power for that specific reason.  He has to work with Congress to get funding and legislation passed.

It's apparent you’re not a U.S. Citizen.

2.  The thieves, tried and convicted were private citizens seeking donations for a private project to fund the wall.

They were not affiliated with the U.S government, Trump or his administration.  They were not Trump “insiders”.

If you read your link you would have known this.  Or maybe not.

Bannon not a Trump insider? Trump pardoned him for this. Are you a US citizen?

I did but I still couldn't figure out how pardoning Bannon did not make him an insider.

Maybe he just likes him.

Just like the leftists here.  Leftist always like other leftists.

Contrary to what a non U.S. citizen might think nothing happens that fast in D.C.  The President is not a dictator and yes Congress plays a big part in a Presidents plans.

Your comment has no merit.  Progress was made.  Evidently not as fast as the non citizen thinks it should be.  I consider it delayed.

I have no doubt it will be been completed when Trump is once again President.  If he chooses to continue.

Naturally Biden brought Trumps policies to a halt.

For your information.  I’m not embarrassed.

Is Tommy still in jail?

Trump is selling the garbage out of the back of the truck.

ATLANTA (AP) — Donald Trump has made his opposition to transgender rights central to his closing argument before Election Day, using demeaning language and misrepresentations to paint an exceedingly narrow slice of the U.S. population as a threat to national identity.

“We will get ... transgender insanity the hell out of our schools, and we will keep men out of women’s sports,” Trump said at his recent Madison Square Garden rally, drawing an approving roar from the crowd of 20,000-plus.
