I can only hope the violence toward Trump voters doesn't escalate.

In Tanya Chutkan's courtroom, Q2 2025. He will already be sentenced in New York by then and the Florida trial will be back on track with a real judge.

If you say so it must be true.

So why isn’t he in prison now?

Because he has not been sentenced yet. You do not know much about how the legal system works do you?

He could be jailed on bond violations at any moment.

So he’s a free man.

Thank you

It was an insurrection and Trump will  be heading to Prison for inciting it.

So he’s already been tried and convicted?  And sentenced?

Not for long, he has a reservation at Riker's Island in a few weeks.

Did you book this reservation?

Just indicted so far. The experts are saying he is toast though, particularly with a DC jury. The espionage case also has him red-handed. Haven't heard from Georgia yet, or Arizona or Michigan. Regardless, he will be spending the next few years in court and/or in prison.

When the crowd was chanting "Hang Mike Pence" that was not an attempt to undermine the established political order?

I am used to you lying to others. Isn't it time you stopped lying to yourself?

He has 34 convictions for felony fraud and election interference. That will be enough to put him in prison while defending the many other felony counts.

When?

After all, you claim his reservation has been booked.

November 26 is the sentencing date.

For one of the "own research" crowd, you are not very effective at it. Don't they have Google in Russia?

You really think the President elect will be going to prison?

Please tell me what would prevent the judge from deciding to sentence a felon to prison.

A Bath, New York man was arrested on Friday after allegedly beating up a stranger who was wearing a Trump 2024 hat at a supermarket, according to police.

Let me try a MAGA style response (not MAGA point of view, but MAGA style):

"FAKE NEWS: There's no such place as Bath, NY.

Bath is in the UK.

These Righties there is no low they will not stoop to."

How did I do?

So? A felon is a felon.

Perhaps you have heard the phrase "Only in America" . Non-Americans use it quite often.

Yes, I’ve heard of it.  Never heard “Only in Orstraila”
