Why Donald Trump Could be a Major Challenge for the British Government
All those fast tracked and given excessive sentences. Whilst this is going on 2 Tier Kier's mate Ricky Jones (the one who called for right wing people's throats to be cut) is still waiting to go to trial, Labour MP Mike Amesbury who suckered punched one of his constituents and beat repeatedly the guy whilst he was defenseless on the road, (all caught on CCTV) is running around on bail and not even charged yet. Has anyone been charged for the Manchester airport incident yet? Welcome to Labours' 2 tier system -

Why Donald Trump Could be a Major Challenge for the British Government
Remember that Labour were elected because of the UK’s bizarre FPTP electoral system; however, only approximately 20% of those on the electoral register actually voted for them. They do not have a mandate for the radical socialist changes they are implementing, and might need to call a general election well before their term of government is up. -

Would Biden Have Done Any Better

Would Biden Have Done Any Better
No, Biden lost because people hated Trump because of his handling of the pandemic but that's gone now. America is just not ready to elect a black woman of Indian descent yet. The dems will win next time because of war, poverty and climate change. -

Introduction to Personal Income Tax in Thailand
One of the Partners in Forvis Mazars asked exactly that question to the head of the TRD and his colleagues. The answer is that, in the current state of the law, if you remit a gain that was realised while you are tax resident (all this of course post 1.1.2024) your status of tax residency when remitted is irrelevant as the gain is always assessable. The Forvis Mazars partner found this answer very difficult to believe and so made absolutely sure that it was correct the TRD officers confirmed that indeed his answer was current interpretation of the law. TLDR an assessable gain while tax resident when remitted to Thailand is always assessable irrespective of your tax residency status when received in Thailand. DO note TIT and such set in stone policies and laws are subject to changes if the right people with the right influence put their minds to change. So it set in stone, until it isn’t. -

Trump Declares Victory and Promises a "Golden Age" for America
The only politician claiming his leadership led to a Golden Age, I could recollect in modern times before yesterday speech, was Nicolae Ceaușescu. Trump is only the second one. The two men had many things in common. Both have (had with regards of Nicolae Ceaușescu) a sweet tooth for gold objects and specifically for solid gold taps, solid gold elevator push buttons, and gold-plated toilet seats. Both believed they were loved by their people and rightly so, given their staggering achievements. Both had loving families and ambitious children ready to take over when the time came. I can only wish better luck to Donald Trump, since Nicolae Ceaușescu was not the object of much gratitude from the Romanian people, despite the latter been fortunate enough to experience an amazing golden age.
