What are your thoughts on the meaning of "derived in the previous tax year" in the Royal Decree? Does it mean LTR visa holders need to wait until the following year to remit assessable income for it to be tax exempt? Or, can we remit the income in the same year it was earned and it still be tax exempt? Thanks...
"shall be exempted for a foreigner categorised as Wealthy Global Citizen, Wealthy Pensioner, or Work-from-Thailand Professional who is granted a Long-Term Resident Visa under immigration law for assessable income under section 40 of the Revenue Code derived in the previous tax year from an employment, or from business carried on abroad, or from a property situated abroad, and brought into Thailand."
It is clear why Israelis must fear revenge. Israeli president Netanyhu and his defence minister Gallant are war criminals, searched by the International Court in Den Haag with arrest warrants. Israel has killed ten thausends of civilians and children in Gaza and in Lebanon.
I would ask for proof of that. I'm guessing it's 3.5% general population and 5-7% in the risk group of sexworkers (punters)
You're also looking at this incorrectly. It's not about 1% of the total population. Rather, prostitution is quite a high risk group for HIV one might think.
I don't think those drugs are widely studied. Seems pretty heavy duty to live on (like a HIV+ person). Can't be good for the body. O could see this for someone going thru an epic middle age crisis, but living on medicine for the sake of random sex seems both shallow and dangerous.
As I posted earlier, it seemed to stop working, however last night I took another sachet of it and this morning I'm absolutely cleaned out – – unless it was food poisoning from the cold cuts at the Italian restaurant last night!!!!
