They're dudes, men in women's clothes and nothing else.  Might have breast implants, but IMHO, doubt if any have gone all in, and had reassignment surgery (lopped off their penis), and even if so, probably need to take hormones, and still can't give birth.  

 

Not exactly a woman, as still have XY chromosomes.   XY & XX is the only factor in determining ones sex.  Looks and mental perception is simply a personal choice, not a fact.
