Can they be the real deal? I bought a pair of these from Lazada and they look and sound like the real thing, even the packaging is spot on.

How do you know that they sound like 'the real thing' ? Did you do a 50/50 comparison with some bought from a Lenovo shop at the correct price?

No, that's true, but let me just say to my 82 year old ears they sound just fine. Plus all the correct features are there. I guess it's a question of how long they last.

Just looked on Shopee and most of the Lenovo Buds are arounds, or less than Bht 300.

Are they the real thing? Who knows. At 82 your hearing will be significantly diminished in the treble range above 10kHz, so it really doesn't matter, most buds, headsets or speakers will sound dull.
