You can't change the capital of sex of the world in 1 year.... They are trying to make it better, but it will take a long time some decades to change it...

Noone's been concerned about that for decades now - not even the city authorities. It's quite clear that the aforementioned 'tree ghosts' are part of Pattaya's main pull, even if the lower end of the food chain.
