As of now, it is uncertain which prosecutor or office will take over the case. New court dates have yet to be announced.

Hopefully many of these unqualified, uneducated diversity hires will be removed from their positions of entitlement.

Ms. Willis was elected.

A DEI hire, nonetheless.

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - A judge has ruled that the Georgia state Senate can subpoena Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as part of an inquiry into whether she engaged in misconduct during her prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump but is giving Willis the chance to contest whether lawmakers’ demands are overly broad.

The judge has given Willis a deadline of Jan. 13 to submit arguments over whether the demands are too broad or may deal with confidential information.

I would say Fani and lover-boy Nathan are in a world of hurt now and having a judge toss her and her Fulton Co. DA's office form the bogus RICO case against Trump and others is the least of her worries. It appears she may have some difficulty avoiding a RICO indictment herself. At any rate, her failed bogus RICO indictment exercise has failed and her status is on appeal. The RICO case is in limbo and soon to be DOA, dead in the water, kaput, etc UNLESS some other nutbar prosecutor in GA is dumb enough to refile the RICO indictment against President Trump and the other 19 defendants.

Daily Mail UK and others ran a piece stating Biden is choked at AG Garland for not imprisoning Trump and costing Biden / Harris the election.
