Good they got it on video. No cause to assault anyone like that, unprovoked. There are other ways to handle noise problems.

Shoot them?

He's gonna end up paying a fine as well as civil damages for his loss of self-control. Setting aside for a moment it was caught on tape, when the ladyboy and her pals start turning on the waterworks and launching into 'La Cage aux Folles' histrionics at the mediation session, the cops will be turning up the heat for him to pay up just so they can get her and her entourage out of the station house.

I would be very cautious about getting into a physical altercation with a ladyboy, simply because more than a few of them have firsthand experience or second hand familiarity with assault cases and they know how to exploit the law to their advantage. For example, I have little doubt that she would probably have left the hospital wearing an arm sling whether she felt it was truly medically necessary or not, although I will readily concede that with the violence of the shove and how hard she hit the floor, it may well have been medically recommended in this case.

You got the pronouns wrong - it should be he/him/them because from the report it appears they are what we used to call ‘chicks with dicks’

After discovering her true gender, the foreigner refused to provide the service and also refused to compensate her for wasting her time as she requested, leading to the altercation.

Ummm..........he thought the other he was a she.

After discovering HIS true gender............

No need to pander to his mental imbalance.

If you live in pattaya, you should expect this type of disturbance.  With all the degenerate farangs that migrate there for illicit fun.  Gotta take the good with the bad.  This is Thailand.  Pattaya is party central.  If you don’t like, move somewhere else where large amounts of ladyboys don’t party into the wee hours of the night with horny farangs.

Agreed. Like the people who complain about music from the bars. Go live in one of the many boring cities in Thailand then, where nothing ever happens.

Is "Transwomen" a new name for Lady Boy and Katoy ?

Dunno, my grandmother called them all hairdressers.

And maybe a neck brace that is now surplus to requirements.

I agree the word 'compensation' will get aired......

No, maybe it was after the party and a group of noisy drunken ladyboys waiting for payment. At least one ladyboy being very loud. Probably screeching the way they seem to like to get attention.

Or possibly arguing over the payment....'no the deal was 2000 each'..... style!

Pattaya is the biggest sewer on the planet and attracts the worst excrement from around the globe.

Replace pattaya with thailand and its still true

Almost straight away Aesan News mentions it can carry a 40,000 baht fine or 2 years in jail. But hang on Asian News YOU never said that the other way round with 3 so called security (thugs) beating up a foriener who was still in hospital days later and might still be in hospital. I THINK DOUBLE STANDARDS ASIAN NEWS DON'T you.

A friendly game of cricket eh?  Were the Indians batting or bowling?

Probably a give and take situation.

It's not really surprising that he got upset.

Thailand environment is always full of noises . Thais lack situational awareness everywhere. Noise is just a mild irritant to other Thais . I understand loud noises is to foreigners as bad smell is to Thais. To each their own afflictions.

It's not just a question of how loud, but also what kind of noise. When those ladyboys start chatting, that sounds horrible - at least IMHO.

Yes I agree ladyboys are a sad thing to be in your visuals. But even worse hearing that screeching sound they falsely make to try to be something they are not.  Can't say anything about the perp in this except he probably really held back a punch.

All the while the Indians were trying to gather monies and undoubtedly trying to get out of full payment.

Yes very happily married for 15 years, as for meeting it was at her mother's restaurant

But this is getting away from the fact you are a defender of men wearing dresses

The BIG question is How Gay are you, my money is 100%

A "Farook slipped out of his crease and knocked his bails off " incident. perhaps.

What difference does the % make.  Let people enjoy life's pleasures as they want.

Agree 100%.

Why are people so concerned?.....live and let live.....if it has no direct, negative impact on your life....move on let others enjoy their lives.

Agreed, but never use violence.

One time, some years ago in an apartment I rented, it was my Thai friends that were noisy and the Thai neighbors came past twice to tell us (quietly) to keep it down, at like 2am and again around 330am.

I got upset at my friends for being so noisy and as a result, I never saw them again.

I also never had anyone over for a party at that address again, where I would stay for another 7 months before I moved out.

Thankfully, I've been living in a house for many years, but neighbors making noise really make me upset, regardless of whether that's in a hotel room or next door neighbors. That stated, if I encountered it, I wouldn't do anything more than tell them to pipe down. If it's at a hotel, I would tell management to deal with them. This happened to me most recently at a hotel in Phnom Penh, when a Spanish speaking couple were screaming at each other, almost about to kill one another between 1115pm and midnight. Fortunately, they stopped just as I was about to go to sleep.
