They must be given a chance to exhaust all legal recourse.. But if so many courts agree with the decision to kill him. He deserved it. It is not my nor the courts fault it takes so long. But it is a benefit for the convicted to have such time to try every option to have his sentence changed.
I would not support killing a murderer quickly to avoid the costs of the time in prison waiting execution.
