That thing seems to be called Skytube. So, I searched for: "Skytube Doll". There are a couple of results, but I am not sure if that is what you want ...

Some of them (the fan) can be very loud so I would suggest checking the DB levels if possible B4 purchase.

Yeah, they seem to come without the fan, but definitely worth checking the fan you get isn't from Concorde!

Thats strange - there appears to be stock when I select them. 

 

Perhaps the usual - Lazada issues - I ordered items for Christmas, only for the order to be stuck on 'supplier to pack' for a week before they cancel it, by which time its too late to order another before Christmas.

Consequently, my son has been getting a few late Christmas Presents !!
