Sadly I gave up on the recruit after the first 20 minutes....

My tolerance level for TV series is pretty low as well, if it doesn't grab me within minutes of the first episode, I'm gone, but somehow this held my attention. Go figure.

A Complete Unknown ---

Coming into the 3rd week of Feb and this movie came out in December---still can only find CAM versions.

Anyone seen a proper copy ---can you point me to it.   Unusual to have to wait this long---

If I can't find it soon I am going to have to go watch it in a Cinema---pay money-eat Ice Cream & pop corn.

oh what a horrible thought.  .........:w00t:

Still on the movie theatre circuit.
The biopic will hit digital stores on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, the video  will be available soon after that.

The cam copy available is actually pretty good, 1080p, good audio and video, and very limited advertising. I was pleasantly surprised since cam versions are usually unwatchable.

All downhill after first episode.

I like it, it’s a bit sci-if, a bit conspiracy mystery.

I just finished Tehran S03, was good, maybe a lot more action than previous seasons, a bit more like Fauda  - the subs aren’t with the file, so needed to be pulled from another source, but then I leaned that I can set the background to 100% opacity and block out the Hebrew subs.

I tried watching Prime Target and gave it up after two episodes .. is it worth continuing?

I started on The Sketch Artist a Canadian drama, French language - maybe worthwhile, it was on Walter pres. last week.

and a new series of Yellowjackets, im still confused.

That is good to know, Unfortunately I binned my copy because the subs were unreadable over the Hebrew subs

Prime Target IMO is convoluted, long winded boring rubbish, I only tried to watch it because I went to Cambridge

I only watched it for the strong pretty black girl running around and protecting the weak and helpless white gay guy.

I saw the movie, "Blue Velvet" mentioned somewhere on my Internet travels, so thought I'd download it and watch it, expecting great things as I hadn't seen it before.

I did sit through the first 25 minutes of it and then became thoroughly bored so switched it off. It did look terribly dated so that contributed to my boredom I think.

I also downloaded a movie which was mentioned on here, called, "The Firm" starring Tom Cruise, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Gene Hackman, amongst others, and it was nowhere near as good as I thought it would be, seeming to get a little convoluted towards the end (for me anyway).

Dennis Hopper plays one of the best psychopaths I've ever seen in Blue Velvet. David Lynch movies aren't for everyone.

Dean Stockwell: "You want me to pour the beer Frank?"

What a great picture, but not one to watch alone, or just once.

Checked the usual. Where did you find Tehran S03?
