I have no life
Ever wonder about people that move half way around the world only to spend their lives masturbating in front of a computer all day and night? 17500 posts this year alone. At a mere one minute per post that is 300 hours of time on this forum alone. That's nearly 14 hours a day since Jan 1. I couldn't find a better example of loser/s -

Thai Tax Laws for Expats: the Practical Implications versus the Realities
I can't understand why people who are already taxed in their own country, ie who don't need Thailand as a tax residence, do not simply spend 6 months outside Thailand. What is so special about Thailand that they should feel a compulsion to stay here more than 6 months? I like the few months I spend in TH but I find it hard to hold out six months and a half. Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
So shall I put you down under "effectively no change, we will continue to self-determine assessablility of remittances as before"? It certainly seems that way in the absence of clear instructions, but I'd still like to have the purchase in one tax year, and the sale of said asset in the following year. IRS regulations easily cover this situation, but that isn't a remittance system with earning and remitting separated by potentially decades. -

Water tank empty daily, no visible water leaking anywhere
Start with the float valve—if it’s not functioning properly, it could be causing the tank to refill continuously, which might not be apparent if the overflow is draining out of sight. Another possibility is a hidden underground pipe leak, especially if your plumbing system includes buried lines. It’s also worth considering if there’s increased water demand during specific times, like neighbors tapping into your supply or a timer-based irrigation system you might’ve overlooked. For professional help, reaching out to a service like Island Well Service can be a good move, especially if you need expertise to assess hidden issues or repair components.- 1
