No you made that up.

I was pointing out that the Southport tweeters were charged, found guilty and sentenced to lengthy jail terms within a week, whereas Jones got to walk around for months on end as a free man waiting for his trial.

But then what else would you expect in a 2 tier system?

You are obviously not happy that Starmer’s government moved swiftly to quell coordinated violent race riots across the country.

Right up until Musk's tirade, suggesting deportation would have been Wacist.   Today, it would end up at the EHCR, where he would be allowed to stay, due to having a right to a family life.

Ah, of course. So when you are wrong you make something up about reform saving the day rather than just admitting you were wrong. Hilarious, but to be expected.

Any idea why it took so long given the CCTV video? 😄

Because there was a wider investigation in to police misconduct as there was footage of a police officer stamping on one of their heads. This is exactly what we said to you at the time but you just blathered on about "two tier Kier" and other stupid cliches. Once the investigation was complete, charges against the police were dismissed and the nose breakers were charged. It is called "due process".

Hilarious that you think reform had anything to do with it - you are more deluded than I thought.

The tweet I was referring to was the one about immigration, not the protests about the slaughter of the innocent children.

I am simply pointing out that the cases were treated completely differently depending on the characteristics of the "offender".

But hey, that's what happens under a 2 tier system.

Always an excuse isn't there... 😄

Well done Reform for forcing their hand on this. Next up, the rape/grooming gang inquiry.

I'm sure you'd like that brushed under the carpet as well.

I would never call for that.

Even if I wanted to, I couldn't because I am not a member of the Labour party like Ricky Jones. Therefore my sentence would likely be swift and harsh like the Tory councillor's wife.

That's the way a 2 tier system works. Great if you're on the left (for now), which is why the Lefties pretend it doesn't exist despite all the cases proving otherwise.

"It's all a conspiracy"!!! 😄

"Here's a link to the verdict" 😄

What on earth are you on about? What do I want brushed under the carpet?

All Starmer is interested in is saving his own skin by refusing to do an inquiry. Richard Tice has said Reform will do their own, hopefully Musk supports/publishes it.

This all sounds a bit ridiculous and extremist anti Starmer driven by social media gurus and bedroom 'fact checking' warriors. Fact is this story is over a decade old, perps have been jailed, inquiries were already held and that the last Tory government didn't act on all the findings is the fault of the current 6 months in power government why exactly?

Well, the 2 tier justice system for a start.

Do you oppose Labours decision to vote against an inquiry?

If not, you clearly want the scandal over the rape gangs brushed under the carpet as well.

Let's stat with...

1. Starmer was head of the CPP.

2. Labour just voted against an inquiry.

Not true, still going on to this day, plenty more scum to catch and still girls being raped by these barbarians unfortunately.

The cases were each conduced according to the law in open courts taking into account the offenses and circumstances in which they were committed.

The Government stamped out wide spread coordinated race riots almost overnight.

Text book law and order in practice.

One of the victims that wants a new inquiry. Jess Phillips are you listening? You said if victims wanted one..............

The thread isnt about race riots, its about convicted grooming  gang members still walking about UK streets.

You might ask yourself why Labour would be dead set against a National Inquiry with the powers to arrest people who ignored, covered up or turned a blind eye to what was going on.

Some light reading that may explain it

https://labour25.com/labour25/

This criminal should obviously not be in the UK.

How does such a dangerous criminal that was ordered deported after serving his sentence get let out of prison early?

There is no logical reason why detention should not have been continued up until placed on the aircraft back to Pakistan.

Who was home secretary in 2014… oh it was Theresa May.

Perhaps she was too busy at the time decimating the police force.

If UK citizens want  action takenon these convicted sex crimes offenders, and even on the  bogus refugees, they must understand and agree that there will be a reduction of their own civil liberties and  protections guaranteed under the judicial system.

The accused have successfully argued against deportation using various human rights  statutes and due process rules. It is impossible to carve out an exception for such cases. It is an all or nothing scenario. This is why so many groups, who one would  expect to be  on the side of the victims, have supported these evil criminals and other law breakers.

The same laws that protect  the rapists also protect the UK people from stop and search or detention without charge etc.  Make up your minds and  follow through. And no, I don't make up the. legal interpretations. That's what the judicial experts, and judges have stated.

There were no race riots, you must have been listening to conspiracy theories. Demonstrations were about the murder of 3 children by somebody they thought was a muslim, as it turned out the demonstrators were right, race had nothing to do with it.

Utter nonsense and you know it. Starmer’s association with the grooming cases as CPP occurred over a decade ago, and the cases were investigated and prosecuted under his watch. Despite this, he is still being targeted by far-right groups and politicians today for political reasons. By bringing up the grooming scandal today, Elon Musk with his tools and other social media bedroom warriors are trying to cast doubt on his handling of the grooming cases and tarnish his reputation and ultimately undermine support for the Labour Party who were otherwise not in power and in opposition during the whole period.

According to Chomper, being upset about the murderous slaying of 3 young children makes you a racist and Islamaphobe.

According to Starmer, wanting an inquiry into the rape of hundreds of young girls makes you far right.

The usual boring slurs from gaslighters trying (but failing) to hide the truth.

They should Islam to save the 9 year old girls.

And while they are at it ban Catholics to save the 9 year old boys.

If this scumbag was in my area I would bash him. Police are not doing anything so someone has to.

Prosecution of the criminals you choose to defend hasn’t been swift in every case, this criminal has only just been sentenced:
