Just discussed thai mentality about letting soi dogs roam

Featured Replies

I just had a quick discussion with a thai friend about why do thailand let soi dogs lay around and bite kids and the elderly.  I told him how stupid Thais are and no common sense.

As typical Thai .....   he first said it was there was no budget to solve the problem.

Then I told him .... you are talking thai bs ....  budget my arse  ....

Then he came back with ....   oh it's religion ...   oh we cannot remove them because of religion.

Typical Thai garbage .....lie crap lie ....  no answer to the issue.

unbelievable   !!

Just recently at a beach when I saw 4-5 dogs coming after a lone foreigner walking. lucky the local beach safety brigade was there to fight off the dogs with orange safety cones. I was too busy laughing to help.

That always makes a good impression.

Nothing smacks third world more than packs of street dogs. Of course idiots buying pups then letting them loose because they can’t afford the upkeep is a cause, then merit makers feeding them. They don’t ’take care’ of the problem because it would be bad luck—the Buddhist, animist thing. Same for the monkeys. Thought the army would sort it when they came in, but in the end they did F A, only more protections for the mutts.
