There is an ad on UK TV for Harry's Blades, which says you will get just as close a shave the eighth time as the first. Hahah Try it ! I've been using Harry's Razor blades for a few years now. Well... not too many of them. I only shave my neck, and do so every other day, but a Harry's blade, with a few licks on a strop, lasts me 2-3 months... without the oil. (stropping removed the oxidation.) Smooth as a baby's bum, with zero razor drag. It's the stropping that makes it work so well and last so long! (As soon as there is any drag, I change cartridges.) 1
spidermike007 Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Beards are so spectacularly tired. Such a lame look. A few guys can pull them off, but not many. And here? Not if you ever plan to get any action again. Thai women hate them. For good reasons. 1

When we grow a beard it asserts our superior masculinity and gives a unique debonair style. It also makes us look like a Premier League football star. You forgot to add that you need two FULL arm tattoos to look like one of those 'stars' ? 1

EVENKEEL Posted January 12 Posted January 12 The wimps who state Thai ladies don't like facial hair should grow a pair. I have a goatee because I'm the forking King of my Castle. The Ruler of my domain. 1 1 1

Popular Post simon43 Posted January 12 Popular Post Posted January 12 The only reason to have a beard is to keep your face warm in winter climates like Canada and Russia. Those who grow beards are either too lazy to shave, (and that laziness is often demonstrated by their overall attitude), or they are bald on top,and are under the illusion that growing hair on their chin like an aged goat will make them look younger. It doesn't - it just looks like their head is upside down on their shoulders. As for those men who wear shorts (when not in their garden or at the beach), don't get me started..... 1 1 2

fredwiggy Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Beards are a personal thing. Doesn't mean anything besides that. Some can't grow them and some can. Nothing to do with being a man because that's all about how you treat others, especially women and children. Some look better because they hide a weak chin, bad skin or not handsome looks. Some women love them, some don't. Whatever makes you confident you use.

It also bothers my wife and tickles her inner thighs. I had a few days growth one time. My wife asked me to scratch her back and I rubbed my beard on her back. She's been asking for that treatment again for a year. I guess some good can come from looking homeless and unkept 1

Unlike myself, you clearly are not a well-educated English gentleman... People wear, and have been wearing shorts for generations. Nothing to do with being a gentleman but weather. If it's hot, you wear what's comfortable. It doesn't matter what others think because their opinions mean nothing. Unless you are wearing clothes that reveal too much for a particular situation, like the church ,temples or a business meeting, you be yourself. I'm actually a well educated American gentleman, which means I treat women with respect. 1

My first wife never saw me without one. When I decided it had to go because of 4 different colours I had forgotten how to shave. These celebs with designed stubble just do not realise designer stubble in grey does not cut it. 1
Stiddle Mump Posted January 12 Posted January 12 I'm all for the natural look. Men and women both. A lot of women spend thousands of hours in their lifetime messing about with nature. Men not so much, but a considerable time though. At the barbers, At the gym. At the massage parlor. Too much of this namby-panby stuff out there.
