Angela Rayner’s Plan for Islamophobia Council Sparks Free Speech Concerns
I can happily say I don't have any Muslim friends, it's not that I don't want any Muslim friends, its just they are such a self-isolated community in general they have no interest in integrating with non-Muslims either, however if we approached things that way we would be banged up on some 'stupid cow' initiated Islamophobia charge in the future, the country has gone to sht. -

Angela Rayner’s Plan for Islamophobia Council Sparks Free Speech Concerns
Being racist is already against the law, unless of course the racism is directed at white people which is not under discussion here. Is it illegal to burn books, any books? I don't agree with the premise of book burning at all but I am not actually aware of a law against it otherwise there would be many trans activists in jail right now for burning Harry Potter books. If it is not illegal to burn books then why should one work of fiction be given special treatment over other works of fiction, such as Harry Potter books? -

Are high end smartphones worth the money (to you)?
Here's the smartphone I'd pay extra for... One where I can plug it into a standardized cradle and it takes the place of an NUC (mini computer), displaying on the big screen, taking input from a mouse and a keyboard. And there's compatible cradles in hotels and Starbucks and airports and... Because no matter how powerful they get, the small screen and tiny little keyboard make them useless for most of the computing tasks for which I carry my laptop. And no matter how good the cameras get, I still need to edit the results (especially video) on a big screen. For one of those that would let me leave the laptop back home, I'd pony up the bucks. Or do they already exist?
