Business Visa to Marriage Visa possible
Since it appears that you are on a Non-B visa, or started with a Non-B and extended based on a work permit, you will need to convert that visa to Non-O. I do not believe you can obtain a marriage extension based on a Non-B visa. I believe the marriage extension requires a Non-O visa. When I retired, I needed to hop over to Cambodia overnight to convert my Non-B to a Non-O. There are some who claim they were able to convert their Non-B to Non-O without leaving the country, but I forget the difference that required me to exit and re-enter. -

They love Trump, but many on the right loathe the Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal he demanded
Hamas won't. It can't. It is a terrorist organization trying to find a future. There is no future for terrorist organizations. It is the same as any other hostage situation you try to get the hostages out and promise whatever it takes. As soon as the hostages are safe it's game over for the hostage taker. Suddenly they don't bring you water and sandwiches and you end up dead or in prison. Simple as that. -

Thailand as a Future Destination for Relocation
Do not chose Thailand. They are letting in everyone and their dog. And the type of people coming here are utterly horrific set of people , the worst of the worst. THey come here for a few months, wanting to stay for life, make a mess, realise they can't work, then leave. Don't bother. They've opened up visas to everyone. I would have gone elsewhere. Committed here for a few more years before i can leave. And the pollution is horrifc. -

Benjamin arrives at the logical conclusion regarding taxes
Typical foreigners thinking the law is there for them only. Rich Thai people bring in a lot more than the foreign pensioners. -
