If you are retired, does it bother you that you will never be a Thai Permanent Resident?
So you don't have permanent residence, but a LTR visa? Not same because LTR visa expires as far as I'm aware -

Trump Orders Crackdown on Antisemitism, Targeting Visa Holders and Protesters
The Arabic word “Intifada” translates to “uprising” or “shaking off.” It has been used to describe periods of intense Palestinian protest against Israel, mainly in the form of violent terrorism. “Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.” People leading these groups should be rounded up and given a one-way ride to Palestine. I'm betting 99% of these sheeple have no clue who Hamas is and should be given an introduction. -

British man’s Thailand trip goes from heaven to prison hell (video)
Agreed, but let's say that all the unfortunate events did actually happen, the bits that might well be missing/short on detail are the reasons why they happened and his subsequent reactions. From what I've seen of the Thai police, they usually handle people fairly reasonably if they are compliant, the strongarm stuff takes place if someone kicks off. Things can turn very nasty from thereon in. -

If you are retired, does it bother you that you will never be a Thai Permanent Resident?
Since 4 million earnings attracts 800K in Tax, and you said you save 800K, do permanent resident not pay tax? -

Do covid-19 mRNA vaccines cause Turbo-cancers?
I really don't care much at this point if the vaccines were a net positive or negative. I simply wanted to be allowed to have a semi normal life while in Thailand without being forced to get jabbed. I finally got vaccinated multiple times just so I could participate in events I enjoy. I get that many feared for their life but I wasn't concerned in the slightest. I'm extremely fit and wish I could have simply avoided situations that I deemed risky. Great that the herd of evil do gooders here on AseanNow can't cancel posters as they did 3 years ago. Follow the science - barf.- 1
