Stir-fry: Chicken thigh, bean sprouts, carrot, onion, garlic shoots, and water. Omelet: One beaten egg and milk(small amount). Seasonings: Stir-fry: Chicken stock, pepper, soy & oyster sauce, fish sauce, grated ginger. Omelet: Chicken stock(mixed with the beaten egg), ketchup. *Nutrition information of the vegetables used here: Bean sprouts: Rich in Vitamin C, dietary fiber, and folic acid. Vitamin : Strengthens immune systems, maintains skin and blood vessels, antioxidant. Folic acid: Essential for red blood cell production. Seasonings: Steak: Salt & pepper. Salad: Mayonnaise, ketchup, oyster & soy sauce. Pilaf: Chicken stock, curry powder, pepper, oyster sauce. Pumpkin is rich in: Dietary fiber, Vitamin A, C, and E. And has an effect to boost immunity and lower blood pressure. Tomato is rich in Vitamin C and potassium. Has strong effect of antioxidant and prevents Life Style Sickness. One of the most known Thai dish(its origin is Hainan Island Chicken). Ingredients: Rice and chicken(fillet), (pre-cooked) carrot, onion, fresh cucumber, basil(homegrown), and tomato. Seasonings: For rice and chicken: Salt, pepper, grated ginger & garlic, chicken stock, soy, oyster, and fish sauce. For salad: Mayonnaise, ketchup, soy and oyster sauce. I cooked rice and chicken in the same tub. This way, chicken extract will be absorbed into rice while it is boiled. This time, I used fillet. Next time, I would like to use chicken thigh. 2

But still got flour, egg, milk, sausage, and vegetables. Ingredients: Self-raising flour, one beaten egg, milk, chicken sausage, okra, onion, and capsicum. *Vegetables are lightly pre-cooked with microwave. Seasonings: (Mixed into the dough) chicken stock, salt, oyster and soy sauce. When I ate them, I put ketchup, BBQ sauce, and some mayonnaise. Sorry no photos with these additional sauce... 1
