Trump 2.0 -- Exponentially more damaging than Trump 1.0

Remember the low information voters that rationalized voting for Trump because we got through his first term and the world didn't explode. Why would the second term be different? Or the same silly people who believed him when he said he had nothing to do with the fascist blueprint of Project 2025?

Well, it was easy to predict they were wrong before, but now we KNOW they were wrong.

Trump 2.0: The most damaging two weeks in history

If this wasn't a US only post and international post I would say Liz Truss who was the UK's temporary prime minister for a couple of months before she got kicked out, introduced a mini-budget that made everyone worse off, tanked the pound and crash the stock market, quite an achievement in a couple of months, Trump is a beginner!
Trump 2.0 will pay off in the long term for the yanks and hope some of his sensible Woke, Gender, LGB and Immigration policies will rub off on the UK!

Anyone who uses the term "Deep State" is broadcasting lots of things about themselves

many, likely half of America knows about the deep state. Heck, Trump promised on his campaign to "dismantle" the deep state, 77M voters mandated it. Just because the term "deep state" seems to trigger you, doesn't mean $hit, and as usual you gaslight and ignore the reality of it. LOL...you feel uncomfortable when deep state is mentioned, and nobody cares, just you and other Trump haters.

Is this "damaging" to America, or only to those affected by Trump butt-hurt? LOL.

So gullible. No way of telling if the investment will take place. And no way of telling if it would have taken place anyway. It's amazing how paranoid or trusting Trump supporters are depending on whether the news reflects badly on Trump or well.

The funniest part of all the whining hate of Trump is the way those on the left project what people who voted for Trump are.  Racist, hillbilly, stupid, low information, etc.  Pathetic.  Just maybe many voters saw the direction the US was going was not healthy and a reset was needed.  I confess some of his comments and actions concern me but so far most have turned out OK.  We shall see if he is the end of the world as lefties project or the greatest president in history.  I doubt he falls into a normal end of the equation.

More of the same from Trump, same as his 1st term but much more aggressive after the Biden admin removed Trumps highly effective border security and immigration policies in Jan 2021.

None of this c rap and chaos , was mentioned when he was running for President,

it was all about getting the price of food and gasoline down , and he has only just

done the opposite ,in the 2 weeks he has been in power , who knows what the next

few months are going to hold...  remember he is immune for most things he is going

to do , very scary

regards worgeordie

Can you agree in hindsight it was a disasterous decision to wage lawfare against the guy? Storming Barons bedroom and riffling through Melania's panty drawers might not have been the wisest move? Akin to wearing undies and kicking a huge hornets nest.

Of course the left are not enjoying payback and an end to all the gravy trains, but you shouldnt be surprised.

If I was a civilian with no security clearance who had bulldozed my way into accessing the entire social security computer system, I'd be taken away in handcuffs. Only ONE of those president Musk minions is 25 years old, the rest are younger.

Treasury payments should be public.  It's our money.  My beef is it isn't simply being made public.  Social-security to individuals should not be public, but it's not national-security that John Doe gets a SS check.  Credit-Reporting agency data on individuals is available.

There's this  belief floating around that Trump won that exchange. According to his way of thinking, he has abandoned his quest to protect American workers he claims were suffering because of the trade surpluses of Mexico and the US And his program to supplement and possibly supplant the income tax through tariffs  is apparently at best on hold. I'd say his bluff got called.

Trump promised a 35% tariff on Mexico to "bring our factories home" in 2015/16.  He then signed a trade "deal" which obliterated that.  Now he has "re-framed" tariffs to be about drug trafficking.  We had those tariffs since the founding of the USA, to be sure manufacturing was done in the USA, to support American workers and American independence.

This - and countless other examples of him reversing his stated policies- shows Trump has no principled positions.  Just ask the foreigner-replaced tech-workers he invited on stage in 2016, promising to end the replacement of Americans with H1B, OPT, and other visas.  As POTUS, he continued to do the bidding of the oligarchs - bringing in more "efficient" (cheap and obedient - see Vivek's and Musk's comments) replacement workers.

Call them whatever you would like though. The point is their reign of tyranny is now almost over. The mafia like organization they had set up to secretly control nations around the world is being exposed and coming to an end. Their money laundering and systems of control are being intentionally dismantled, piece by piece, and it is a beautiful thing to watch. The criminality of USAID is only the first of many exposures.

Would you consider the Adelson family and Peter Thiel to be among that ilk?   I would - the same as the "left" flavors of the same.  Those figures are very, very influential inside "Team Trump."  Check out who Trump's Chief-Of-Staff worked for.  Skipping the long-tangent on that ...

Look at the soft-power dynamics.  As Marco Rubio (neocon) stated, USAID was not "aligning" to Dept of State priorities.  They had been tasked with a bunch of "woke agenda" stuff, which allowed Putin to become the world-leader who stood for "family values" - ridiculing Europe and the USA on these issues.  This was also hurting military-recruiting inside the USA.  All that is happening, is the strategy for US power-projection is being changed, and a bunch of "old tools" are being discarded.

Don't kid yourself that "we the people" suddenly matter to the Rulers.  If we did, the foreign-worker visas and traitor-trade would be ended, and the only "tax breaks" being discussed would be on those with under $100K/year in income.

It should be readily apparent to anyone here that what President Trump has exposed is what's been damaging the integrity of the Biden Democrat banana Republic of fraudistan America for decades. America's new heros are Trump and DOGE for starting the beginning of the end of the corrupt Democrat institution known as the deep state. You are all so lucky to have Trump, he's even likely to put Hillary in prison now from what I'm hearing from his new CIA boss. Trump is bullet proof, the left however is too stupid to figure that out and what to do next except panic and call their lawyer. Trump is in total control now, butler PA was a big huge deep state miss! And now they will pay a hefty cost.

I would have to agree, Trump is more damaging the second time around. But this damage is directed at the left wing socialist Democratic Party.

The Don, is doing an even better job of it second time round.

The UsA ( and the world) will be a better place once he really gets his teeth into it.
