Whose fault is that? Bottom-line, the Israelis are well-known for their arrogant and rude behavior.

It's basically the gangs of Israelis who have just left the army after national service and go on tour with their army group mates. It was always the same when I backpacked in the 80-90's and they were banned from India for a year or 2. I'm sure when they grow up, enter normal society and travel independently they're far more amenable. Maybe.

I don't know who you are talking about. Just some general scribble about some imaginary people.

We are discussing Israelis. If you have some information about Jew haters here, then let's see it.

I don't understand your comment which is a bit muddled but as stated earlier it's relatively easy to recognize antisemitism.

But was you working in Russia , China , and India and USA and UK ?

You are hardly likely to try and get "screwed out" of your salary if you weren't even receiving a salary .

I can assure you , employers from every Country can behave similarly

And I can assure you that you're talking nonsense! I have worked in Iceland, Norway, Germany, Israel, Australia, Vietnam, Japan and the USA and never had a problem getting the money that was owed to me in any of those countries with the exception of Israel.

You didn't make the claim as I pointed out. Are you Israeli? Were you denied entry?

No, just saw one of them being denied as we went through. I didn't know of any blanket policy then.

But what does anything you have written to do with this thread? I'm not at all muddled. It's more that I have no idea as to why you brought it up here at all.

Here we go on established facts. Things that have actually happened. Not people's opinions on when they can pull out their old tropes in the hope that one will stick.

So who here is a Jew hater? Let's just get to brass tacks shall we?

This is a usual tactic, to throw mud and hope it sticks.

The most hated nationality around the world, here on samui there are signs saying no Israel s allowed on certain premises, for exactly the same reason!
what a general pack of A holes!

You are 100% correct. I have come across Israelis in Nepal. Apparently they get 6 months paid leave after national service. Many travel. Horrible experience if you come across them.

Everyone can see it.

That, after you read the article and knew that it was not just an isolated incident. Who is lying and being disingenuous here? Hint: It's not me.

It is you.

You're incredible actually.

I totally agree they behaved horribly and deserve to be deported.

But that isn't good enough for you.

It's obvious that you have a larger agenda here to promote irrational demonization of ALL Isrealis except for the small minority of one sect of ultra religious oddball Israelis that oppose the existence of the very state they are citizens of. Everyone sees that.

Quite abhorrent behavior by the tourists.

But the antisemitic perceptions revealed here are appalling.

They are expats. Calling them tourists is just a way of minimising their behaviour. As if they were just boisterously passing through. No, the behaviour is embedded.

That is well known and long standing. They tend to be very cliquish and stay in their Israeli bubble. But other nationalities do that as well. If people want to say those Israelis are the absolute worse, well, maybe they are. I don't feel I could judge that.

Of course I have encountered quite reasonably behaving Israelis in Thailand, even young ones. So I think it is rather odious to assert ALL Israelis or ALL anyone are like this or that.

Donald Trump just announced that he will evict the current occupants of the emergency room and develop a world class hill resort on the land.

He won't and he can't. He's a madman wannabe all powerful King. All that kind of noise is just a diversion for his relentless unlawful power grab of all aspects of U.S. government.

Since I have purposefully avoided any personal accusations of antisemitism , I have no idea what you mean by throwing mud.Language is important and there is a long and painful history of antisemitism - some of the old tropes appear in this thread. You seem very exercised by the subject. That's not something I can help you with.

The problem Israelis are generally young men.

You name it, young Israelis/Brits/Americans/Russians/Indians/Aussies etc. etc. are generally the problem.

Dragged up, not brought up by their parents.

As a mental exercise, try replacing the term “Isreali nationals” in this article with say… Americans! Do you condemn all Americans because of the actions of a small group of people?

This article proffers only the view points of the hospital staff. We haven’t heard the rebuttal from the Israelis.

Normally, a balanced news article should have the story from both sides .

I agree.

For all we know, the hospital staff could be Pro-Palestinian.  :cheesy:

It was mentioned that people are sharing their experiences here with Israelis in Thailand.

Although I do believe the negative reports when they happen and I understand the bad reputation, I have never personally witnessed anything like that here.

I have encountered Israelis MANY times  in restaurants and even in a synagogue that I have been to because of their restaurant.

As a generality, they were cliquish, smoked a lot, were often a bit brash, definitely self confident, if approached about something like to ask something about the food answered normally but not quick to instant friendliness like Americans, ordered food normally, ate normally, paid their checks normally without any complaining or drama, etc.

But these were at Israeli owned businesses. It might be different to see the same groups elsewhere, I don't know. Well I did have one funny experience with that. It's not often you'll find Israelis at Iranian restaurants but I witnessed this at an Iranian buffet. I read them as Isaeli instantly. Not sure if the Iranians did, but why wouldn't they. This group was unusually polite!

4 Israeli men arrested and deported after chaos at Pai Hospital

By Petch Petpailin

Immigration Bureau officers arrested and deported four Israeli men who caused chaos at Pai Hospital and within the community in the northern province of Mae Hong Son.

The disruption at the hospital and in Pai district came to light after a medical team shared details of the incident on the Facebook page AggressiveDoctor. A doctor reported feeling exhausted and unsafe, fearing that the Israeli nationals might approach or attack them outside the hospital.

According to the doctor, these foreigners raised their middle fingers at the medical team, belittled their skills, smoked cigarettes inside the hospital, evaded treatment costs, stole from the hospital, and attempted to damage the emergency room door.

She stated that she had reported the incident to the district office but was subsequently condemned for damaging the image of Thai tourism.

The doctor added that she did not know where to seek help and was considering resigning from the hospital to protect her physical and mental health.

On February 6, Channel 7 shared CCTV footage showing some of the chaos caused by the Israeli nationals. One video captured the group attempting to break into the emergency room to witness the treatment of their friend, who had been injured in a motorcycle accident.

After being removed by the medical team, they became angry and caused a disturbance, disrupting both medical professionals and other patients.

Another video showed an Israeli man allegedly smoking cannabis inside the hospital despite being warned by medical staff.

Locals also condemned the Israeli nationals for working illegally and riding motorcycles at high speeds without a licence.

The Immigration Bureau eventually took action, arresting four Israeli men identified as Daniel Gagaev, Aviv Rom, Or Emanoel Ashton, and Dan Niski Niskovaskith.

They were charged with conspiring to bully, intimidate, threaten, and cause a nuisance to others. The punishment is a fine of up to 5,000 baht. In addition to the charge, their visas were revoked, and they are set to be deported from the country soon.

Aside from this doctor, another Thai doctor working at a border hospital also urged the relevant officials to find a solution to the issue of overcrowded hospitals due to the high number of refugee patients.

The doctor said the medical team was exhausted and that Thai citizens were experiencing delays in receiving medical treatment as a result.

Does military training have a role in bad attitude? Is there some kind of indoctrination that makes these young men so arrogant?

Does military training do that for all countries that employ it or are you only referring to Israeli training?

Thailand is their first stop after fiishing military service, normally full moon party, they don't have a good reputation there either, not all are the same, but it seems to be the majority.

Heard they've taken over certain parts of Pai. Unlike them I know😃

It would not work, as the Israelis have had this reputation since the '90s. But no one here talks about it. I remember that their government at one point had to have a national campaign to remind them to behave properly abroad. Obviously didn't work in the long term.

i read '90-s, then i remember back in early '90s in Samui where i used to stay and later lived for a number of years, that several resorts would say that they are fully booked, when Israelis enter... still bungalows available but they want to control who stays there without trouble of some kind. not only one resort, several small sev big! also KohPhangan! at first i was shocked to hear about this, because i have not been brought up like that,[generalizing, judgemental etc is not done] but apparently along the way one learns difference....

Eh, I was asking him whether he deliberately wrote "Hearth" or was there a mistake and did he mean to use a another word instead and I also wasn't sure that this meant  "even proofs talks against you and them" and its quite possible that something could have got lost in translation .

Also he was nt criticising me, he was making accusations

No it seems to be an Israeli thing. Other soldiers on leave are not banned.
