Why do people still believe in covid?

@Stiddle Mump

I used the Mayo clinic as an example; I could just as easily have used any number of well-respected health organisations to illustrate my point.

You seem like a polite sort of chap, so it would be remiss of me to call you a liar;  'misguided' is probably more apt.

As you disregard the overwhelming body of evidence which undermines your opinions, I can only conclude that there is little chance of me alone being able to change your mind. In the circumstances, I will take my leave of you and withdraw from any further discussion on this topic.

I wish you well, sir.

@RayC > Note that I fully endorse Stiddle Mump's view on the whole scamdemic and virus / covid-19 hoax.

But I do respect that you have a different stance on these matters.  Because 'where everybody thinks alike, very little thinking is going on'.

And kudos for your civil response to Stiddle Mump, as that provides the basis for a genuine content-related exchange of views instead of the ad-hominem replies and insults that unfortunately make up much of the 'discussion' posts on this Vaccine/Covid subForum.

Indeed Ray!

However.

Are you suggesting that the mayoclinic is more truthful than me? If you are then I suggest you read more of my posts. None so blind as will not see Ray. If you still don't get it; Ill spell it out for you.

There was no pandemic.

Covid was a giant hoax.

Pathogenic viruses do not exist.

The covid vaxxes were/are fraudulent.

Of course; if you are ill, go seek out a medical pro.

What a deluded and self important buffoon!

Time to get new tinfoil for your hat

@Red Phoenix  Sweet Jesus Buddha Red, I went to Makro today and I'd estimate that 75% of the clones were masked up - freaking 5 years after Covid hit the world stage.  Talk about a bunch of psychologically damaged people.  Honestly - in the 18 years that I've lived here I've had a common cold twice and the only "flu" that I've had was the mild case of Covid, milder that most influenza cases I've had in the West.  In comparison, in the US I'd get colds and upper respiratory infections at least once a year and often twice (sometimes more), and I'm talking some real doozies.  I don't understand the irrational fear driving compulsive masking other than the Covid propaganda did a number on most Thais (and farangs for that matter too). From the standpoint of upper respiratory infections, this is about one of the most respiratory infection free places on the planet. I guess people will also blame it on "bad air" but the AQI in Lamphun is not bad all all, and out where I live SE of the city and over the mountains, it's very pleasant and clear today.  Not your average mid-February Northern Thailand AQI in the least.  So, "no," it's not the air quality.  Just freaked out people who are still freaked out.  I just don't understand and never will.  Now that RFK Jr is confirmed at head of the NHS, I hope he gets to the bottom of the Covid fiasco and we begin to get some answers regarding how it was set up and executed - you know, turning "conspiracy theory" into "conspiracy fact."  Given a long enough time line the truth is going to come out and the facts will be ugly.

Because a positive PCR-test was considered 'proof' of being infected with Covid-19, irrespective of whether you had a cold or the flu or any other illness.  Also when you didn't had any symptoms.

The PCR-test to determine Covid-19 infection, was - and still is - an absolute scam, and the article I posted makes the role of that test in fueling the pandemic hysteria, absolutely clear.

And so the title of the article should be read as 'Why is it that despite all the evidence that there was no pandemic, that people still believe in Covid?'.

And the comments from all those that didn't even read the article with the arguments made by the authors, but immediately discarded it as a 'loony conspiracy' actually provides the answer to that rhetoric question.

But just think how happy those 500+ BILLIONAIRES area that were created during that "pandemic" many in the Pharmaceutical industry!

Yes, especially for those who had relatives and friends die during the pandemic.

I am sorry for their losses, but I do not buy the 'Covid-19 pandemic'  fantasy.

Covid-19 - to use the words of dr Vernon Coleman - was/is nothing more than the 'rebranded flu' (but a nasty one).  And the deaths were often preventable, unless you had the misfortune of getting the 'Hospital treatment' and being put on a ventilator with non-proper care.

This in stark contrast on how they embraced the novel jabs and covid protection measures, as the 24/7 pro-paganda for those eroded their critical thinking skills (if those were present in the first place).

I made it through un vaxxed and un masked.

Same for me and my girlfriend, and we didn't even catch Covid (and if we did, we didn't even notice it)

Nothing more than?

You seem to be completely ignorant of the fact that the flu has been responsible for many of the most deadly pandemics in history.

Well! If you mean the flu virus, then I have to say; ''Utter nonsense Sir''.

Been reading much fiction? Or watching too much BBC and CNN?

As I explained to one particular poster, and any other that was paying attention. IMO, the flu is the general name given to a set - all-be-it wide ranging set - of symptoms. They are not usually a risk to the person. They are the way the body rids itself of stuff it don't want or need.

If you walked in the forest at certain times, you would see the leaves from trees on the ground. Billions of them. You wouldn't automatically think 'virus', would you? It's nature doing what it is supposed to do. Humans are just the same.

So was/is Dr Coleman right to say that; "Covid is the rebranded flu?"

The onus is on you/ Dr Coleman to supply a credible argument to support the contention.

Let's just say I remain unconvinced.

Nothing SO CALLED Dr Coleman is to be taken seriously.

There exists a video of him declaring that hand sanitizer is poisonous.

No I'm not going to waste my time looking for it.....like the OP it's best ignored and derided

Mind you Coleman sold a lot of books but then so did Hans Anderson

Your take then?

Belief in a mysterious entity, called a virus, that has never been shown to exist.

Dr Coleman was right to point out about some hand sanitizers. They were/are bio-toxic. The more toxic ones should not be anywhere the skin.

What were people using them for? Because they were told to by idiot white-coats?
