Trump says Zelensky ‘should have never started’ war with Russia
I would remove the word basically. I am convinced they have serious Kompromat on him and his family and not just the 'wee' tapes. -

Future Uncertain for Retiree Bank Accounts in Thailand
You're definitely mistaken as to the reason for the 15 ฿ debit from your account. To determine what triggered the debit, request a statement covering the day where a 15 ฿ fee was deducted. On your statement the date and time of each transaction is given including the minute. Find the entry for the fee deduction. Then find another transaction that occurred at the same time as the fee debit. This transaction is the one that triggered the fee. You can request a statement using your bank's phone app. -

There is no excuse for that human stain. But it's true he was voted in. So as the American empire rapidly declines thanks to Trump, it will be fair to say it was an own goal. -

Thai PM Assures Locals: No Israeli Takeover in Pai District - video
This is the main complain about Israelis : From a local ; I think that now there has been a misunderstanding of the issue. The real main issue is… https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t2d/1/16/2666.pngBehavior of Israeli tourists 1. Not respecting the laws of the country, rules, customs and culture of both the Pai people and Thai laws. Whether it is due to true ignorance or pretending to be ignorant, this is unknown. 2. Not respecting the rights of others, including Pai people, Thai people, and other foreigners. 3. Lack of manners when living with people in the Pai community. 4. Live a comfortable life, do whatever you want, without caring about the impact on those around you. 5. Not respecting the place and owner of the area where you live. 6. Causing many problems in the area, such as being drunk, destroying other people's property, fighting, stealing, trespassing, road accidents, etc. 7. - etc. If you have to explain it in a visual way.. for example - Driving motorcycles (rented) at high speed, in groups of many, running red lights, driving on the left, suddenly cutting right, not using turn signals, wanting to stop in the middle of the road, stopping in the middle of intersections, stopping to block traffic, sometimes crashing into other people, sometimes involving one another, adding more cases for the police to deal with, adding more work for doctors and nurses, instead of having to take care of other patients or patients with doctor's appointments. - Damaged a (rented) motorcycle and refused to pay for the damages, giving a thousand and one reasons. Will admit it only when evidence is found, such as images from before the rental car was rented and CCTV footage from the scene of the accident. - Dressing inappropriately, not respecting local culture, walking on the street without a shirt, women only wearing bikinis or fitness clothes, walking around the city. Even if you warn them, they don't care, claiming that the weather is too hot to bear, and they should go somewhere else that is not hot, where it is more comfortable than being in Pai, right? - Smoking, smoking marijuana everywhere, in restaurants, temples, hospitals, on public roads with lots of people, or even while riding a motorcycle, ignoring no smoking signs, not caring if there are children, the elderly, or the sick around. - Use the accommodation service, make up stories about the room being unclean, inconvenient, having animals, having insects, etc. In the end, I asked for a refund, asked for a discount, and even asked to change the room, but it had to be free, otherwise I would have written a bad review. - Made the property dirty and damaged but refused to pay for it, claiming that it was already broken, the quality was poor, it was old, it broke on its own, I didn't do it, I won't pay. - Using a restaurant in a group, such as 5-6 people, but ordering only one dish and eating alone, causes the restaurant to lose the opportunity to generate income because 4-5 chairs are lost for free. Plus, after eating, the restaurant sits for a long time, and the restaurant loses the opportunity to receive new customers. Think about it simply: if 5 people come and order 5 dishes, the restaurant should at least be able to sell 300 baht in about 30 minutes. But if 5 people come and order 1 dish, the restaurant can sell 60 baht, plus waste an hour of time receiving new customers. Think about it. How much difference is there between 60 baht and 600 baht? - Bringing food and drinks from outside the shop into the shop to eat without asking permission from the owner. Sometimes, there is only one friend sitting in the shop, so they bring food from outside and gather 5-6 people to eat in the shop. That's not all, they also leave trash for the shop to clean up. - Another story about a restaurant. Someone is smart. They are almost finished eating and have 1-2 more bites left. They say it's not delicious, not clean, or there are foreign objects in the food. They come up with a trick to ask for a refund, not to pay, or even just ask for a discount. This trick is really funny. - Another common occurrence in restaurants is when people eat for free and then leave without paying for their food. After they finish eating, they (secretly) get up and leave the restaurant, leaving a cloud of dust. - Pubs, bars, any place that has snooker tables, pool tables, ping pong tables, people will rush in and reserve to play without any hesitation, without ordering anything. Sometimes it's the same, ordering only one drink, sometimes just one bottle of water, 10 people in a row, something like that. Other people can't play. If they want to play, they have to wait in a long line. - Trespassing into places where they have no right, such as going into a hotel with a swimming pool, a fitness center, a large area, a lawn, using the pool, using exercise equipment, smoking cigarettes, smoking marijuana, bringing alcoholic beverages from outside to drink, having wild parties, making loud noises, without any consideration for anyone, even though they have no right to use the services, and they are not customers. They even do not spare the gardens in the area of the homes of local residents. - Drinking, eating, partying, getting really drunk, and then peeing and <deleted>ting on the side of the road, on the streets, and even in front of people's houses, to the point of destroying property and things along the way. - If you are very drunk, you will cause fights with people of all races, even within your own group. - Stealing, whether out of excitement or out of money, from small items to valuables, even a bag of candy or a can of Coke. - In the park, if you get together in a group, you will smoke marijuana, drink alcohol, talk loudly, without any consideration for the people around you, the place, and leave trash all over the place for people to see. - Oh myyyyyy... etc. I can't explain it all. … The various behaviors that I mentioned are true events that I have actually tried to stop. Some events I stopped, some I arrested and prosecuted. Let's continue with the story.. https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t2d/1/16/2666.pngNumber of Israelis in Pai According to the news, there are more than 30,000+ Israelis coming to Pai… The answer is yes. But it is the amount of people who come to check in, register according to the immigration rules, come as tourists, come and go. There are actually about 2,000-3,000 people. And of this number, they are the old ones, who have been here for a long time. Before the problem arose, there were about 600-800 people. They have only recently increased in number for about 1-2 years. These old ones have hardly ever caused any problems. They are peaceful and well-behaved. Most of them are on retirement visas or in their later years. As for the new arrivals, they are those whose husbands and wives are Thais. They have moved to settle down in Pai, to work and do business. Most of them are legal, according to Thai law. There are some who like them and some who don't, mixed together. Most of the troublemakers are the ones who come in the style of tourists, who come and go. Most of them are teenagers who have just finished military service. They have money from the Israeli government and they go straight to Thailand, following the reviews of their seniors who have been there before. They travel around Thailand and the last stop before returning (before they run out of money, and are broke) is Pai. Pai has good air and a low cost of living. It is very, very cheap. It is convenient for living when your wallet is very empty. As teenagers, they are reckless. No matter what you tell them, they don’t listen, don’t care, don’t accept, don’t know. It’s like playing a fiddle to a buffalo. The only answer they get is “Why, Why, Why”. This is the real problem.. Now let's talk about the issue that is currently getting lost in the world.. https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t2d/1/16/2666.pngThe Jewish Synagogue (Chabad) and the Occupation of the Promised Land Chabad is a place of religious worship for Jews, that's all. It's not wrong to compare it to Thai temples abroad. When we Thais travel or live abroad, on important Buddhist religious days, we go to that temple to perform religious duties. The same goes for Israelis. The misunderstanding is that when they pay respect to their prophet, they will pray and sing. And this singing is what causes the misunderstanding that they are having a party. If there are many people, the singing will be loud. If there are few people, the singing will be soft. The end. As for the construction of the basement, the prayer leaders said that it would be a bathtub-like room for some kind of religious ceremony. Like in Buddhism, there would be a holy water bath to wash away bad luck. In Christianity, there would be a baptism ceremony or something like that. I don't know. It probably wouldn't be a place to hide or store weapons or anything. As for the Promised Land thing... Stop worrying about it. They can’t even create any happiness in their own country. Where are they going to find the wisdom to do something in Pai? In Thailand, our Thai officials are always collecting information and studying their news. We have methods to control, set limits, set rules, and have a plan to support them. Or if they really think about doing it, who would allow it? Don't worry.. Now, just ask the people of Pai to help keep an eye out for government officials more. If anything happens, please report it immediately so that legal action can be taken quickly and they can be sent back to their country. Don't keep them!!! Don't just hope for (personal) benefits or the little money they offer you. Don't just expect to get a 10x or 100x fine and then break up.. You must be ready to be the complainant or the complainant to pave the way for the police to proceed with the case. Give me your sword.. I'll cut it down without mercy. And finally... I would like to leave a message for all the senior executives of the country. Please review the #pre-visa measures .. If visa-free is to be implemented, the hope is to increase the number of tourists entering the country. We will get 5-baht and 10-baht tourists with low quality like this.. And these 5 baht, 10 baht... aren't just for Israelis.. Please help me, everyone. Do you understand this correctly? -
