Make no mistake, Musk is the leader of DOGE, but he reports to, and serves at the pleasure of the President.

No. If you had bothered to acquaint yourself with the facts you would know that musk is attempting to get approval for his so-called self-driving system from this agency. No other automobile makers ar

No amount of dribble can justify the terror and the destruction that Trump has rained down upon America in just one month's time.

Is that your way of saying you were wrong?

As I said, DOGE does not have statutory authority for fire people.

DOGE asks Trump to fire them, and if Trump agrees, Trump gives the order to fire them.

This is how I understand it from the get. The lawsuits were just the left saber rattling.

Most of the lawsuits are just delaying/discrediting tactics and will be thrown out in lower courts.

Some will go to the Supreme Court, most will go in favor of the Administration, some won’t.

Everything is being done legally and constitutionally.

So he an advisor. Does Trump usually follow his advices?

Do his competitors give "advices" to Trump on who should be fired?

And given he isn't paid, no severance pay.

And since the Supreme Court ruling, the President can confiscate his wealth, declaring it an Official Act. Half a Trillion would be very handy in addressing the national debt. He'll soon figure out how to make it back, he;s a very clever man. And its not like he has an expensive lifestylle, what with his crappy clothes and stuff. See you in court Elon. What, you don't have any money for lawyers now? What a shame.

Steve Bannon was sacked essentially because he tried to claim the credit for the 45th President's 2016 win. Musk's powers as a soothsayer are not infallible. He predicted by 2020, self driving taxis would be a common thing, that by 2022, buying a car without autonomous driving would be like buying a horse. I suspect Doge will not save as much money as expected, or rather the money saving headlines will be overshadowed by disasters such as planes dropping out of the sky due to lack of air controllers, imports piling up at the docks, Brexit style, due to lack of customs inspectors, VA cripples out on the street due to closure of a hospital etc. The savings will generate extra inecessary costs.

The body language stinks. Who was in charge that day. Not the President, who was physically repelled by a small child. Make no mistake. It wasn't a bring Your Son to Work day. Elon used the child as a prop to send a message (though ironically , Musk can, as usual, hardly string a sentence together).

You are making idiotic statements again. I didn't bring the lawsuits and they won't make it thru the courts without merit.

I have heard stupid comments but this one takes the prize. You take the list and tell us how they will lose or are not valid? You can't and won't because you do no research and are just a trumpbot running your mouth.

You wait and see which are successful and which are not then you will know. There are more coming.

His poll numbers are dropping rapidly and the GOP congressmen and women are being grilled in their states constantly about when they will take action against Trump and doge actions. They can't even give coherent responses because there are none.

Inform yourself before you troll posts. Are you even an American citizen?

Translation: I dont know enough about US law or any of the lawsuits to back up my increasingly hysterical posts, so I will flame.

More nonsense allegations about my nationality. Even if my views differed from many commentators known to be Americans, you still wouldn't have a valid point. But they don't. You do have something massive to back up your claims though: fanaticism.

Its OK, we see every time you post who supports theft from the taxpayers.

No: true translation is your too lazy to look at the  truth so you deflect because you have no facts to support yourself.

OK. Here you go.  No lawsuit against Trumps executive \orders will succeed. None of them, save the birthright citizenship, have any legal merit, and even that issue has merit only because its unsettled.

So tell me which one you think will be successful and why.

I guess the  OP does not understand how men like, for example, Sidney Hillman and Elon Musk operate in the context of the US government.

In simple terms, Musk gave Trump's campaign $288 billion (by the Washington Post's reckoning), which got him over the line, and so is calling the shots on the government.

Trump is on the hook to the New York courts for over $600 millions. Sooner or later they will wish to collect. Musk has cash. Make no mistake, he is not going anywhere.

New York has been trying to collect, but the case is on appeal, and given how ridiculous the charges were, and how poorly the case was conducted by the state, it does not look like they will see a penny from Trump. He could end up suing New York.

Musk doesn't care about Tesla anymore.  If he didn't, he wouldn't be upsetting Tesla's mostly Democrat customers by turning MAGA.  I expect Tesla's sales to continue to decline.

I think he is more interested in getting trump to end all regulation on space X so he can get to Mars.

You think that judgment will stand? hahahahahahahahahahah. You are neither american, nor a laywer, obviously.

I bet you think Mar a Lago is only worth $20 million too.

You Won’t Believe How Much DOGE’s Latest Cuts Have Actually Saved

They're right. 😄

DOGE’s wonky wall of receipts claimed that it saved $231M+ by cancelling an I.T. contract to Leidos. DOGE claimed the total value of the contract was $1B.

"In reality, the cut only saved $560,000, a spokesperson from the Social Security Administration said."

What a pile of horse excrement.

Amateur hour?

And they're lying to cover up their incompetence?

Ya think. 🤣

Well, at the risk of wandering off topic, you are absolutely right, I am neither an American nor a lawyer. Certainly, in the case of the first, something for which, under present circumstances I thank God daily! Nor am I a lawyer, tell us, are you?

As for real estate prices in Palm Beach, I have no idea whatsoever as to the value of Mar-a-Lago, as I believe it is correctly styled - if it's based on good taste then $20 million is definitely a bit high, maybe the value is determined by the value of the secret documents stacked in the spare khazi?

"In 2022, Forbes estimated the value of the estate at around $350 million."

Donald Trump’s Budget Pause Causes Concern At Meals On Wheels

Elon Musk sends telegrams to Seniors asking them for 5 things they did recently to justify eating today.

Maybe Musk can dress up as the Soup Nazi...

NO MEALS ON WHEELS FOR YOU TODAY 😘

It's amusing that the left thinks they are going to get working people in the US that pay taxes to feel sorry for government that make pretty good dough and have great benefits because they are being asked to show up their air-conditioned office and list five things a week that they get done.

You're right.

Republicans have underfunded the IRS so much when you would call you would get a recording that they're "overloaded" or something (Nope!  You don't have enough employees answering the phone) and then it would say "call back another day" then the next thing you hear is CLICK when they hang up on you.

Yeah, you are right.

That sucks!

Thanks, Republicans! 😄

Taxes should be easy for the bottom 99% of wage earners, done online free in 5 minutes or less.

Republicans don't want that.

Republicans want Rich people to pay zero taxes.

And for hardworking Americans to pay the rest.

It's as simple as that, Buckaroo.

Time to clean out the government by people who couldn't get laid in high school! 😭

Boasting that he was “taking DOGE to the next level,” on Monday Elon Musk said that he had formed a new unit called Dept. Of Underaged Clowns Harming Everything (DOUCHE)

Took mw a week to get the IRS two years ago.

You guys are hilarious

 Get knotted Musk.

Officials at the Pentagon, Federal Bureau of Investigation, State Department, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Energy told workers not to reply to Musk's request regarding details of their previous week's activity. CNN reported Sunday.

A rift appeared to open Sunday between some of President Donald Trump’s agency heads and Elon Musk” wrote CNN’s Kevin Liptak, Tami Luhby and Natasha Bertrand.

Kash Patel, Trump’s new FBI director, told workers not to respond.

Darin Selnick, acting undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness at the DOD, ''For now, please pause any response to the OPM email titled ‘What did you do last week.’”

The Department of Homeland Security’s deputy undersecretary for management, R.D. Alles, “No reporting action from you is needed at this time. For now, please pause any responses outside of your DHS chain of command.”

I'm surprised the US Government doesn't use SAP or something for timesheets and project management.

I suspect this "initiative" will lead to a spike in phishing attacks and loss of data.

The actual content of the Email has been widely shared on social media, as well as the Email headers. Its now easy for someone to spoof that.

Worried employee gets an email marked "Urgent", maybe quoting that original Email, citing an issue with their original reply, and saying they really need to get in touch, and furnish some additional information. Worse, someone sets up a portal, call it DOGE Time Keeping App, which you need to register at to avoid future Emails like this Need your government employee number, office address, title, SSN, home address, alternative email address. Lots of .gov emails already in the public domain, not too hard to guess email addresses using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo details.

Or a mass mail to gmail, hotmail accounts, because you are bound to hit lucky, maybe offering fake employment law services etc..

And with all these hundreds of thousands of emails sent, in different formats, some with 5 points in text, in html, maybe a spreadsheet attachment, maybe replying with, maybe cc'ing, maybe bcc'ing, maybe reply all etc.

Who is actually going to read them? No one. It's a stunt. What, they are going to employ some monster AI algorithm to find out someone's dull week?

And then someone is on vacation, sick, compassionate leave etc.

What they have, likely costed ten-times as much, and is 1% as effective, It looks like that might change.

What he’s doing is saying, ‘Are you actually working?’” Trump said in the Oval Office during a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron. “And then, if you don’t answer, like, you’re sort of semi-fired or you’re fired, because a lot of people aren’t answering because they don’t even exist.”

Whoa, if true?

We're paying people that don't exist?!?

That would be major fraud.  Give us a list of names, Donnie.

Put up or shut up you DODGY old coot.

Liar. 😭
