The rain was pouring down (rather odd for February in CM) Couldn't get back to sleep so now lying on the sofa with a cup of tea and a packet of ginger nuts, browsing the forum, reading a book on my Kindle (wormhole mana power), listening to the rain pounding on the car port roof. Wife sitting on the floor playing with lottery numbers, teen son still in bed. It's actually quite nice, maybe I'll get up and make another cup of tea. That´s great! Nice to hear a positive thing. Wish your happy day will continue and more to come. Myself, had about the same. Our smallest daughter had a terrible stomach pain yesterday evening, so slept on the sofa downstairs with mummy. But, around 4-5 in the morning they walked up and crawled down in bed. Of course I woke up and not able to sleep more. Daughter fell asleep again and wife took a shower and opened her shop. I was left with my 2 sleeping daughters and a great cup of coffee, sitting looking at the sun going up. After that I got up to bed again and were close to my little daughter until she woke up. She felt better and had a super warm smile looking at me in the morning. That´s a great start of the day. 1 1 2

I just woke up and am having my morning coffee (80/20 Arabica/Robusta) made strong in a Phin, hitting some Oreo Cake in a 9mm Grav hitter and listening to Bach while surfing. I was out till 3am watching the meth heads cruise the deserted streets of Siem, although the hot chick trying to lure me in by flashing her clam at me did make life more amusing. Attractive one too. Too bad my back hurts. 2

Dcheech Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Rain came in at 420 in bo sang. We put in awnings, front and back when we got this place. First time a rain has sounded on them. Woke us up, but ok, not that tin roof roar. So nice having coffee in bed, cool wind sweeping through the room. Sundays should always be this way. 1

Right there on the corner of Pub and Sivutha, Temple Bar. Great trance music. There is a coterie of Ladyboys and methsluts that hang there. But the very ODDEST thing is that our Smoking Season seems to have gone missing. I want to know: WHEN will it begin in earnest? I have already prepared, but now.... Where is it? In years gone by, we could see thick smoke around these parts, by this time, each year. Now.... NOTHING! I am feeling a bit cheated. I had been so much looking forward to testing out my amazing and fantastic prep work. 1

I'm sure the Thai people in Chiang Mai will be really disappointed that there's not a blanket of smoke covering the Provence, nor will they give a flying f about your prep work. 1

In fact, I have noticed a strange anomaly this year. Places which were experiencing heavy pollution, such as the SE of China, show up almost completely green now. And, Northern Thailand is almost the same, but not quite as green. This must be due to prevailing wind conditions which are atypical, this February. Or, perhaps, due to colder air flowing into the region. Or, some other reason... This is obviously a welcome change for many, if not all, people inhabiting these areas. I find it strange and unsettling, is all that I am saying. I do not welcome the smoke. I only find the sudden and unexplained absence of smoke, at this time of year, puzzling and unsettling. 3

Popular Post spidermike007 Posted 3 hours ago Popular Post Posted 3 hours ago Very refreshing to see an expression of contentment here. Thank you for that. Sometimes just sitting still and taking stock of all the wonderful things that we have in our life can be quite fulfilling. 2 1
