The video, approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds long, was shared on the Phuket Time social media page on 25 February. The man, believed to be around 45- 55 years old, remains unidentified in terms of name and nationality.

Doesn´t matter what it looks like to you. It stands what it is in the news.

Unidentified name and nationality according to the report.

So Burmese/Cambodian/Thai/Laos.

T'wasnt you then Gottfrid ??....   Promoting farang relations and loving all Thai's ???

To be fair, there are a fair few 'Thai youths' around.... given all the Thai Knife attacks recently, this is one way to keep them away from you...  let them think you are crazier than they are....

Anyone heard from Bob today ???

Bob said it is laundry day.

Seems they nicked off with his 5 wheeled TukTuk, Hawaiian shirt, budgie sumglers, refer and gold chain...

Its pretty difficult not to get the impression that the media has an agenda here, highlighting the poor behaviour of a few outliers to stir up anti-foreign sentiment.

In the last week in Bangkok on my daily bike rides i have seen 2 very obviously high or mentally disturbed this, one male shaking his junk at passers-by, and one stopping to take <deleted> in the muddle of the sidewalk,

the difference seems to be the locals are ignored while other create "frustration"

The footage has sparked widespread discussion, with many locals expressing frustration over inappropriate behaviour by some foreign visitors.

Personally I think all foreign tourist should be banned from Thailand.  Chiang Mai and Pai were peaceful and laid back after March 2020!  🤔

But where on earth did he keep his money? I shudder to think...

The beauty of a cashless society I hear people claim.

I wonder what he dangled/dongled in front of the card/phone reader?

But strange:

They could walk up to him and ask if needed help

99% sure he has some kind of problem and needed help.

Instead they prioritize video and posting.....

Sick world ??? 🙂

There are growing concerns that recent policies may be contributing to an increase in such incidents.

So, the visa policies were keeping the nutters out and, since many countries went visa free, they're now flooding into Thailand?
