However I may like to go somewhere else ,not that I care but you may know somewhere where my face can be steamed and moisturised and pampered 

I just didn't like her attitude demanding a tip 

Of course there is over 15 facialists there ( is that what they're called ?

Not that I would get the same girl but anyway I'm getting bored with that skin facial clinic at the bottom of Mikes I want somewhere else 

I pay around 1200 baht for a lovely facial so money is not the problem but I want to be pampered and beutifying

As much time as you spend in Boys Town, I’m surprised you asked where to get a beautiful facial.  You could always beautify yourself with a pearl necklace almost anywhere in Pattaya.
