Anyone here living in bangkok with Extension based on thai child (อุปการะบุตรไทย) and working? Can people work on this visa? I actually have work permit which I got when I had the extension based on thai wife last year but I changed my visa to Thai child support after getting the work permit. Is it possible to renew the same work permit and work under my current visa?  and what documents are needed to renew the work permit?

You can have a work permit with extensions based on Thai child.

 

Assume you are divorced as immigration would generally not permit extensions based on Thai child support if married.
