I had a drain blockage in my toilet and I called "Eastern Star Pattaya Handyman and Renovation Services company" to fix the issue. They said to me 700 to 2500 depending on the severity of the problem. 

Then they charged me for 2500 for exactly 13 minutes of work. The job was done well by the way, the pricing... to each its own evaluation

Next time ask for an hourly rate ie if under 30 minutes what price?
