If I have previously had a work permit, does that mean I already have a TIN No? If so, where can I find the TIN No?

Yes, you definitely have one. 

 

It will be recorded on your tax records that your employer has, and which you should also have.

    You should as you most likely paid tax from your income. HR from your previous work would have it.
