May need a bone graft. 6 months later get an implant. Find an ENDODONTIST and good one.

 

Bridge means destroying the adjacent teeth by grinding them down.

 

I've had all this done. Please find a good doctor to do an implant. You have time. No rush. See if she needs the bone graft IF too much bone is gone. I had this done also.

Given the location, a partial denture would be okay, and look much better than the gap. The metal is at the gum-line and won’t really show.

 

I’ve partials, bridges and implants. Implants are best, but they are pricey. 

 

Bridges were the best option prior to implants, but were it me, I would go with the partial over the bridge, until I could afford the implant. 

 

She should get a partial, see an orthodontist, and once her teeth are all in place, get the implant.

setting aside the bizarreness of this comment, get her the best option, an implant. don;t be tight with your money!

I removed all my wife's teeth and it really feels good

15,000 baht is a reasonable price, what are you complaining about?

But, this might also depend upon one's age and predicted life expectancy.

 

Once one becomes just TOO OLD IN THE TOOTH, then it might be better to avoid the pain of dental procedures and just live with it, for as long as one can.
